The more I study history, the more I understand that the power of the state resides in the death penalty, as well as in its war powers.
It was 4 serial killers while they were active including a ghey one. One also stopped in Louisiana once or twice and left a victim or two which was Samuel Little.

Serial killers are actors. They hide their true, evil selves. My mom worked with a woman in a hospital for years. One night, cops came in & arrested her. She was later cleared. Her husband was a serial.killer & his garage was full of womens underwear & lingerie. Cops assumed she was involved. They learned she had no idea, & was released. Everyone at the hospital was in shock. We still bring it up on occasion & that was early 90s i believe. Possibly.late 80s
There was no internet nor "online" material in the 80s and 90s. BS.
