  1. Oh that’s sooo funny the Tragos’ think Ashley Merchant crushes!! Lol that’s awesome. I promise you when I tell you that she brought the spectacle that was the evidential hearing over Fani Willis and her relationship with Mr Wade in the Trump case. She was hard to watch during the hearing. By the last day of the hearing… her husband came to help her make her representations in a clearer manner. (IMO)

  2. The moment the female attorney for Steele started speaking…. I KNEW who she was after watching the sideshow evidential hearing in the Fulton County Trump Trial…. It’s Ashley Merchant! She did sooooo awfully in that damn evidential hearing. It was painful to watch. Gah! I know that voice anywhere! So now…. Let’s see how she does for Steele, I hope better for his sake! My goodness…. Ashley frickin Merchant AGAIN! Hahahaha. I’m from MI…. And I literally know some ATL lawyer by voice, that’s wild!

  3. Ashleigh Merchant is a phenomenal attorney. She and her husband, John, have been a part of some big cases, even working pro bono to ensure fair representation (see State of Georgia vs. Ryan Dukes). Enjoyed seeing her in action again.

  4. Communism !!!
    Free Trump !!
    Free Young Thug !!!
    Free Young Thug’s attorney!!!
Arrest Fanni Willis and the judge !!!!!

  5. Trying to understand and expect a “street mindset “ is just as confusing for the witness to understand “court vocabulary .“ As simple as it for us to follow conversation… it is not reasonable to assume a guy who lives by a different moral code to understand or follow this concept of law or what’s deemed normal in society. You can not trust in a system that failed to give him guidance to be able to communicate as a normal person. Even the prosecutor continued to ask questions that weren’t “asked” in a manner the witness could or is able to comprehend. Speak to the witness, not at him.

  6. It was hinted that Lil Woody's lawyer was the one who went running to the defense. Lil Woody fired her IMMEDIATELY after this. That's pretty telling. Also, he kept telling the prosecution that he didn't have a lawyer anymore, then the day before is supposed to testify his old lawyer shows up, and is obviously working with the defense Lawyers. So, you gonna say the defense isn't trying to control lil Woody?!

  7. 17:30 the witness may have said he fears the defense Lawyers. 1) he has proven that he doesn't always say the truth, just what will work for him at the time, 2) the Steel & Shart seem like bullies to me – so could be true.

  8. This was good!! Ashley don’t play! Watch her in the Georgia/Fani/Wade vs Trump trial💥🖤

  9. Yes it's so terrible to have conversation in a judge's chambers leaked. Notwithstanding that having that very conversation in the judges chamber is even worse. We could even call the leaker a whistleblower. And there are laws protecting the whistleblower.

  10. Any other judge I've seen would explain to the witness first that they can't plead the fifth because they may not really realize that they can't. Or maybe remind them that they can't. Witnesses are usually not lawyers. But to just throw them in jail fast without a warning is pretty dictatorial.

  11. As crazy as it was that a lawyer gets tossed in jail, it worse to see Peter’s dad bounce on Peter before the video even started 😢
    LOLOL jk, everyone. jk.

  12. Defence Attorneys are so damned arrogant. They twist everything you say. How they're allowed to behave as they do is beyond me. They bully and badger witnesses , it's not justice. I'm delighted to see one given some of their own treatment for a change. Now they know how it feels to be on the receiving end.

  13. Your Dad was fine. Your dismissal of him was rather rude in my opinion. He's just as easily heard on my end as you are. Not happy with such treatment of a senior .
And then Dad comes back with zero difference to the volume.

  14. There's going to be a movie made about this lawyer, this trial, and this moment of the trial!! I think this is going to be talked about, and remember for quite some time.

  15. There was another video of this attorney having a meltdown to the judge about the prosecutor and this judge.

  16. Yall should get Papa Tragos a set of the old school Apple headphones that has the cord and the small mic!

  17. The judge made an attorney write a 17 page paper because one of the defendants lawyer was late.

  18. Question- Why did the DA choose to have this trial with all these defendants? It’s a circus. I enjoy when your father comes on.

  19. This is one of my favorite episodes of LYK yet.

So much that rarely happens happened here (re: Prosecution ex parte meeting, who was Steel's source?, Steel being thrown in jail for Criminal Contempt, how he'll serve that 20 days and his fire-blazing attorney, Ashleigh Merchant telling Judge Glanville what's what) and so was your dad – when his AirPods mic was loud enough – which led to some great discussions.

Again, ya'll have my bet to have George on every episode with Peter.

    Peace,
    Patrick

  20. Hey there!! Would guys review the defense recusal motion he provided to the judge today. It details what was said in the expartee mtg….WOW!!

  21. This trial is making my head 🤯🤯🤯

OMGSH!! WHAT is goin on down in Fulton County Georgia?!! This is INSANITY.

  22. How the hell is his attorney supposed to work on the case if he’s in jail on the weekends? My understanding is that even though the cases in progress, attorneys work at night and on weekends in order to give their clients the best defense possible. Seems like this would be just another reason for a mistrial or a return on conviction if he should be convicted. Never moved to Georgia folks they absolute blatant corruption and the way judges are protected is really disgusting to me. Seems like you can’t get a fair trial in the United States of America anymore. Our justice system is a joke.

  23. GA is beyond corrupt. Judge had zero reason to exclude defense from ex parte meeting. Judge secretly meeting with only prosecution and a witness is BEYOND SHADY

  24. So love you and your Dad analysing together Peter..have been so confused about this case! Really appreciate your take on this awful un-okay moment 🙏😊

  25. Seems like the judge only wants to know who leaked the information so he can punish that person.
And why was only one defense attorney held in contemp when several defense attorneys had the same information?

This judge not knowing the law looks terrible. Seems like he is reacting off his emotions.

  26. What do expect different from a black judge on a power trip? No one wants to challenge these blacks that think they’re untouchable.

  27. The judge gets on my nerves when he keeps saying “I’m telling you…” like his word is 100% correct.

  28. Copeland is the states witness. The attorney for Copeland seems to be working in concert with the attorney for YSL to get him to not testify. Given Copeland’s potential crimes, having him forgo his immunity doesn’t seem like it’s in his best interest.

  29. How the hell can the poor jurors pay their bills after being stuck in a trial that lasts this long?? Rent? Mortgage? Utilities? All of it…

  30. A lawyer doing jail time to defend my rights and due process?! King behavior. I would have so much faith in him if he was my lawyer. Who knows what could have been said in chambers if you won’t even provide transcripts for the defense?! Unbelievable. If the other lawyer didn’t say anything how would the defense have known?

  31. the judge's ego and hypocrisy is on full display here – this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident – he's demanding the defense attorney do the exact thing he himself refuses to do – it's gaslighting 101 and evidence of narcissistic temperament
