The attorney representing one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case has filed a lawsuit against the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Ashleigh Merchant, who represents Michael Roman, accused Fani Willis and the District Attorney’s Office of violating the state’s Open Records Act. Merchant initially filed the lawsuit in January during the investigation into the “inappropriate” relationship between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade. The suit claims documents related to Wade were not handed over by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Errrk – so hard to be the atty whose boss tasks them with making a barely colorable argument to defend their boss’ bad behavior. Great example of how a main thing a judge needs is a great poker face, and this judge has that because she clearly knows this argument being made on behalf of the DAG is really laughable, but she has maintained her judicial demeanor.
