19. This anchor’s statement about effective assistance of counsel made no sense to me. You have a Constitutional right to effective assistance of counsel, actually, and you can read all about it in Strickland v. Washington.

22. No one seems to notice the level of language used by Sarah Boone. She's not stupid. If I had a public defender who did not respond to me in 90 days I would have asserted myself and written to the judge. If my atty talked down to me I would assert myself. I've worked in the corporate world and am not afraid to assert myself, go up the chain of command. She has been in jail 4 years without going to trial. I would be frustrated, too. I'm still in the position that she is innocent until proved guilty in court. It took me 13 years and 9 cardiologists to find one who respected me enough to listen to me and truly help me.
