  1. The prosecutors whole attitude being so obnoxious but culminating into "did i tell you what testimony to give?" – "yes!" lol cuz of course if you spent hours working with this lady you would always be ready to instantly agree with anything she says

  2. Her attorneys trying to build the politics and establish a reputation of being easy to work with and NEW MEXICO courts are an absolute joke! Ive seen so much worse!

  3. The problem is she should have been in full control of all ammo on set. Thats what the armorer is!! All weapons shes in control of

  4. Her defense is trying to blame everyone else for her not doing her job. The fact the thought she could fight it blows my mind what a waste of time and taxpayers money

  5. I enjoyed your recaps. Thank God I saw that you were doing recaps because I stopped someplace else first, and it was worsening as the defense not objecting. You had very comparable thoughts as I did, you were not as vicious on the defense as the other spot that I was in and you kept it moving along quickly and didn’t stop and pause. 1 million times to add a comment that had nothing to do with the price of tea in China. I did not know that there would be multiple people rehashing it in this way, I admire that you’re very fair and look at everything very objectively although this prosecutor is so unprofessional and this judge was gun, shy, (pun intended) I didn’t understand why she was allowing this prosecutor to kind of make a fool of her by running things in her court. I don’t know why, and how this judge let her get away with that smug attitude and bad lawyering. How do you say objection and then just not verbalize what you object to but instead criticize and condemn the defense approach and strategy? I liked that defense attorney and I liked his laid-back attitude and at times I could see where he was very direct and would push back he just needed to do more of that. He let too many things go. I think he was presumably agitated, and I would have to think that a prosecutor and the judge browbeat you in front of the jury would take the wind out of you and make you feel like shit… It would probably have a direct effect on my momentum and my effectiveness during cross. I hope that people write in and complain about this prosecutor and this judge. They both need to be reprimanded if it’s by nobody else but the public they need to be called out.

  6. Producer / director who hired her should be prosecuted – in My opinion. Should have known Better and seen her misbehave reclessly. And then this Young lady in charge. In My opinion

  7. You are so interesting as you break everything down to it’s minimal basics!! I’ll be a regular
    watcher from now on👍🏻😻

  8. The person who brought the regular ammunition onto the set is the person responsible for the death and the $100,000 fine to the studio!!!

  9. I’m so sorry I didn’t see this when you were broadcasting this! It’s 5 days later now. It seems to me none of this would of happened had there hadn’t been any live ammunition on the set, and who brought it?

  10. This is obviously not the first time they have broken the rules with live ammo, regulations smegulations.

  11. I think you misunderstand completely his tactics. His team has clearly decided to deliberately act like the underdog knowing full well that the prosecutor has a bulldog persona and very unlikeable. He knows her reputation and aggressive sarcastic ways and exactly how she will respond and react. It is quite deliberate. Having another bulldog type up against her would not get the jurys on side. It is well known tactic that jury members side with the underdog. It is not always about good professional ways in court. There are many ways to skin a cat and theyve chosen underdog underdog underdog as their overall strategy, it's very clever and in this case their only chance. So every step, in every area, make it about David up against Goliath. Buffoon v Bulldog, Production v inexperienced girl doing 2 jobs. Make the jury side with the underdogs and despise the big bad bullies. Very very clever.

  12. I saw Alec Baldwin at guitar center the other day which was kinda weird. Knowing the guy killed someone, even on accident, and just out walking around was just a lil off putting. Idk. I feel so bad for the victims family.

  13. I don't agree with this lawyer. The real estate lawyer did a lot of his own testimony too. He tried to words in multiple people's mouths. The woman on trial was on drugs. They have text messages, witness testimony. At the end of it, the armorer did not do her job, at all.

  14. Ok one more thing, I HATE when one person (the prosecutor) is being unprofessional and making speaking objections and if the person attacked (the defense) say anything or tried to stop it people describe it as “bickering.” No! It’s one unprofessional attorney who needs to be reprimanded!

  15. Imo the prosecutor and this investigator are so frustrating. I don’t know all the rules but as a lay person juror I would see them as unprofessional and possibly untrustworthy.

  16. She is clearly profoundly incompetent. But she shouldn't be scapegoated as the sole offender. The producers (including Baldwin) who hired a non-unionised kid, supervised by an equally inexperienced prop master, and didn't sack her after repeated mistakes, carry an equal burden of responsibility.

  17. The defence lawyering it terrible. A witness just stated that Gutierrez handed off a substantial quantity of double-bagged white powder to another crew-member in a panic when she saw police approaching. The crew member – a recovering cocaine addict – felt set-up and dumped the baggies in the trash. Gutierrez then texted her multiple times asking for the powder back. The defence spent 10 minutes trying to convince the jury that the powder was sugar or creatine – burning the evidence into their memory. A sensible strategy would be to ask: could you be sure it was cocaine? No? No further questions.

  18. IMO, the set was so sloppy & chaotic. Seems people just doing things to keep the filming moving so it leaves me believing the negligence of multiple people, in this moment, contributed to the fatalities..
