  1. She should just have walked off the set also because no one can safely work with Alec Baldwin. A person who goes off the script to the point of killing someone is impossible to keep within safe boundaries for anyone. I had to walk away once and took another job. After I left all 3 of top heads rolled including the superintendent of a National Historic Site. People like that just think they are above the law.

  2. Nobody has still answered the question how did real bullets get there,?? The whole case has ended and nobody can answer that question with any kind of proof

  3. With the suit and the gun in his hand I thought the defense expert was gonna yell "Denny Crane!"

  4. I don't think the State ever disproved that there was definitely not some kind of sabotage, so i am still wondering about that, because Hannah said she checked all the rounds, and i don't think that was ever disproven either.

  5. Just bc the police don't have anymore leads to investigate doesn't mean Seth is no longer a suspect. Police gather evidence in an investigation and when a case has no more leads it goes cold. That is different than ruling out a suspect. Police might believe someone is a murderer but not have enough evidence to charge them. Just bc they have no leads to investigate doesn't mean the case is closed or should be closed. Alot of crimes would go unsolved if police stopped investigating after 2 months of no new leads to investigate. The lead detective even testified they couldn't determine where the live rounds came from. She asks a hypothetical question that doesn't actually apply to the situation with Seth. There is not 0 evidence the live rounds came from Seth's business that supplies dummies to the set. The same exact kind of live rounds on set were found at Seth's business

"Do you usually continue to investigate an individual for a crime after lets say months after you have been able to develop a single lead that person was involved?" – She doesnt give him a chance to answer this and cuts him off as he is talking but the answer is it depends on the evidence already collected pointing to that person before new leads dried up. The exact same handloaded Starline 45LC live rounds being found at his business is very good evidence thats where the live rounds came from. All the live rounds found on set were non factory bullets that were handpressed with Starline brand shells just like most of the dummies Seth provides. Those are some pretty big coincidences considering how rare it is for people to make aka handload their own ammo bc of the knowledge and specialized equipment required. Of course, Seth knows how to do this and has this equipment for his business. Her question after cutting him off is…

"if you executed a search warrant and interviewed numerous times and you just simply dont have any evidence they were involved dont they at some point just not become a suspect anymore" – If there is no evidence they were involved then yes but there is alot of evidence the live rounds came from Seth's business. To say that Seth is not a suspect anymore for how live rounds got on set is as crazy as saying Hannah turned a dummy into a live round. Not only does she not have the tools we all know she doesn't have the knowledge to do that. The defense isnt doing a great job.

  6. You can't hear the dummies rattle over the wind. That's why they check the whole box ahead of time. If the production won't pay for a cart with locking drawers to prevent untrained assistants from corrupting boxes that were already checked, this is what happens.

  7. On the tampering charge I would say that we could assume that the witness saw the attention being given to this trial and decided she wanted to be a part of it that's why even though she didn't give the evidence to the police she decided later on to testify. When she was contacted by the prosecutor so many months later she said oh this is how I can get my 15 minutes that's the way I took her. Anybody who who was an addict knows when somebody asks you "to hold something" for them knows what they're getting. She knew what it was when she had it placed in her hand. So either she used it if it was cocaine or it didn't happen in my opinion. I did not find her to be credible at all.

  8. When the defense attorney states that Mr Baldwin went off script he is referring to the fact that the scene was changed
It was just supposed to be a hot shotof the gun coming out of its holster. That's it! There wasn't supposed to be any pointing of the gun at the camera. It was only supposed to be a tight shot comimg out if the holster. Mr Baldwin changed it at the last moment and decided he wanted to bring it out quickly and draw the gun and point it! That's what the lawyer is referring to when he says Mr Baldwin went off script. at the point in which Mr Baldwin did this Miss Gutierrez was already handling her other job that she was told she needed to spend more time doing. I'm not giving Hannah a pass here I'm just saying this is what the defense was referring to when he said Mr Baldwin went out script.

  9. He has baby soft hands that never saw a days work in his life. Arrogant, entitled old white man with confederate underwear is what i see. Prosecutor ruled that cross like a true queen.

  10. I'm spliting the Baby on this. Day 1 if anybody on set had seen misconduct she should have been gone! Did she load the gun with a live round yes. Did she realize no…do she bring in the live round….no proof!

  11. Just found your site. I like that you don’t talk over what is being said in court! Other lawyer commentators talk while the actual people in court are speaking, we lose many comments, statements being said in court. 👍

  12. Thank GOD Alec Baldwin didn't face any consequences. Holding celebrities accountable is an unforgivable sin

  13. Defense is lost .was her job to check all ammunition she didn’t do her job. I seen her lip the word drag for having to sit in court all day.

  14. Why does the defense attorney behave like he wants to approach the bench every time he makes an objection?🤔

  15. If the baggie did not contain drugs, why was Hannah getting rid of it before the police came? I think it is fair to infer it was drugs.

  16. Also, the nurses ARE responsible for what they inject being correct. ALWAYS. They can only inject what the doctor orders and can't just get handed a syringe someone else fills and get off the hook.

  17. Nothing at all wrong with what the arms expert did and it can be necessary to break the 'rules' for a demonstration. People today all think they are a gun safety expert and just looking at a gun can harm you. All that little bit did for me was to make the whole court look stupid, but the fact it's the judge and deputy are borderline histrionic over nothing does not look good for her. I'm guessing that to them anyone who touches a gun and is not in LE is only a small step away from being a murderer. And as you say the facts he can provide simply do nothing for her so it is pointless to have him there, so the whole thing was pointless.
