1. I don't understand why they need to ask to begin with. I thought it was automatic? Moscow is making me super nervous. And as an idahoan with a mom that has been part of the investigation, I'm kinda embarrassed. I can't talk to mom about it unfortunately it makes me wanna try😅

4. These DAs are more concerned with winning tha getting justice. This should not happen. There have been some who have put people they knew were innocent in jail for life.

6. So of they took my ring doorbell cam footage and it shows me talking my dog out my footage is turned over to the defense? Can the defense then call me as a witness if they feel I can help them exonerate the defendant? Ouch!

7. Obviously – they have muddied all this on purpose – because they never had anything in the first place. If they had the evidence, they would have it now. So – they never had it in the first place.

8. Peter.. did you know there was a hit & run in front of BK’s apartment the night of the incident?? It happened around midnight .. I saw it on another podcast & was supposedly eventful.. 2 people hit missed a 3rd & car also hit fire hydrant & i’m not sure but think knocked out power for a bit.. but LE was right by & working behind BK’s CAR that night for quite awhile. Which i thought was interesting & 1st time i heard of it

10. Seems as though the prosecution is delaying discovery to keep BK in jail as long as possible. Wondering if they’re intentionally doing this to save face with community and university while they search for the real perps. Mind boggling how the the lead detective, the one who wrote PCA, can’t produce the data. How does it disappear? I wasn’t it presented to grand jury?? feel bad for families. Hope they have their own investigation going on. Things are starting to fall into place with SG frustration with MPD. Something is not right!!

11. I’m just curious Peter…as a defense attorney have you gone thru what AT is going through with the prosecution? I just don’t understand the staling and why she would get to stall so long to get the whole states case? Shouldn’t she make her case by his claimed alibi and her expert witnesses to back it up? I guess I thought she makes her case by his alibi and basics she received from State not realizing everything state has is to be given so she can analyze all their evidence and experts. I’m obviously unfamiliar.😊

    Between kohberger and AT they are dangerous working together. She really wants an acquittal bad in my opinion and understandable. She is really digging.Her total case can’t be all about the cell phone data which Kohberger is more than familiar with all this cell phone/ towers calibrations etc evidence and how to get around it.

13. This case is a total sham , unfortunately I have first hand experience in how corrupt the legal system can be. It is definitely “guilty until proven innocent” not the other way around as we are lead to believe.

22. What would it take for you to see that LE worked this case backwards? and they try to fit evidence to their theory ? Come on , this is obvious from the moment the PCA came out . As a defence attorney you are very generous with prosecution shenanigans which actually buffles me. If it was your case you would be very critical. It was the same in the case Deep vs Hard and Alex M. Case . You were way off and I think it was due to your personal convictions .

23. I am losing faith in the justice system. Watching all these trials It is easy to see why people don’t trust the police or prosecutors

27. Moscow’s Officer Payne used FBI expert Special Agent Nick Ballance’s draft CAST work product to create his own map for the PCA. Idk why Sy is saying no tower list. Nick would know where to download the latest tower list. Just because Payne didn’t have the tower list, doesn’t mean the information is inaccurate. 🤷🏼‍♀️

29. Defense is capping and their expert witness has had evidence thrown out in court on multiple occasions nonetheless its interesting to that he is testifying for the defense.

30. Machines like that are calibrated routinely. Someone is assigned the task of calibrating the machine daily and it is documented daily. They can find out.

32. well it's well played on the prosecution side and may stay that way for some time. After all Defense's alibi is very vague!
