  1. Lets talk about the wretched gov from MA. A do nothing, get behind the summer of blm coming to MA, burn loot mayhem – didnt find a thing wrong with it. I really thought she was replaced by an alien. Who says Fire – good. Make new life??? What kind of states atty (at the time) say stoopid shite like that…🤨

  2. Honestly, if I ever do anything online, I will just make it my practice not to read the chat or comments. It just isn't good for our nervous system. Here I am commenting lol 😂

  3. Peter why does lally get to just say objection without stating the reason for objecting? This is the first time I have ever seen this.

  4. I absolutely love hearing both sides and how you present it. You have become one of my top two favorite channels! I actually found you from Annie Elise and the two of you are my fave! Thanks for all you do!

  5. Funny how they wanted to act like she searched google at 2:30 but we get a witness. It says straight up but that was not the search that was done at 2:30. Do you believe them 100%? I don’t think that it was intentional homicide, but I definitely believe she hit him.

  6. You know Peter is becoming quite well known and increasingly successful (with YouTube) when the public starts becoming a pain in the a 🤣

  7. I’m only ‘just’ following this trial, so forgive my question Chat; what was the blood alcohol level in the deceased? Others in house? NO one was asked to blow a breathalyzer? I’m definitely finding lots of holes in Prosecutor’s case so far: wrong?

I initially followed the death/accident (?), & allegations v. Read. I’ve been following two different othr cases, & scotus (intended sic).

This trial seems chock-block full of problematic PD’s behavior… Initially, to me, it seemed that all people in the house, as deceased also, at that hour, busy on their phones… were likely “lit af.” Sloppy sloppy. I’d hit SO hard v. these mistakes by varying PD’s.

Are these answers re alcohol levels well-established? I’d really appreciate knowing. Thx to all- 🤍👍🏽

  8. If they’re trying to say 40 to 50 feet & he said it was closer to the street & the curb 👀👀👀 .. that means Higgins & everybody that left that day should most definitely be able to see the car tail lights all over & A BODY IN THE FRONT YARD!!!! Oh yeah, let’s not forget the shoe. 🧐🧐🧐🧐🤨 WHOS LYING NOW!!!

  9. As someone who didn't watch or hear anything prior to an unbiased coverage (Court TV laying out facts of case) just before trial started, I'd like to think I've kept an open mind as a juror would.

There's ONE thing against her (the alleged call to Kerri Roberts saying he was dead prior to them finding him) and then there's, oh… A MILLION THINGS that give reasonable doubt.

It seems a lot of these witnesses wanted to add more hearsay "evidence" later on to make it seem more plausible that she did it/admitted it. None of the investigators seemed credible. Barely any witnesses…

I don't see how she would NOT get off due to them simply doing their job. This case is not proven anywhere close to certainty. It screams reasonable doubt.

  10. With so many now shouting they are sovereign citizens and giving legal advice that isnt always correct. Thank you for helping folks like me understand the legal system and my rights within it.

  11. I LIKE THIS CHANNEL. I LIKE YOU, BUD. BUT PLEASE, LOSE THE MAN-BUN.

I JUST DONT GET THAT. ATLEAST GROW YOUR HAIR OUT MUCH LONGER AND DO A PONY TAIL.
    I AM NOT DISCRIMINATING…THIS GOES FOR ALL MAN-BUNNERS. 😊

  12. During a jury trial does a judge have the power to just call it if the judge feels the person being accused is innocent?

  13. I think Johns DNA could have been on the tail light simply because it was his GFs car, that he’s been in, which makes it plausible that his dna ended up anywhere in/around the car.

  14. I think if the police encountered a dead guy inn a yard of a house in a "bad part of town". They would immediately declare the house a crime scene. Take the occupants down town and interview them in an official interview room.

  15. Years ago there was a shooting across the street from where we lived. We called 911 after hearing someone yelling for help. The police came and talked to us separately and asked if they could come in. I said sure. They asked if they could look and see if anyone else was in our house. I said sure. They took our statements and left. The guy who was shot was treated and released. It's weird that they didn't want to go in the Alberts' house.

  16. Din ( uniformed man!!! ) was not there. He did not hear her admit it. The only person claiming (in this trial and this trial only) that says she heard KR say I Hit Him was the epitome of toxic, Jen McCabe. And was it (if true 🙄)… I Hit Him! OR I Hit Him? Was it a statement or a question? She dropped him off. She did a 3 point turn. She finds him dead on the lawn of Albert’s house. Her first thought might have been “I hit him”? because she’d reversed her car after dropping him off.

  17. Do you think this judge has pulled the states attorney to the side and asked him what kind of crap show they have at this dept with all the shady police work and the drinking and driving.

  18. Why do people want to ruin a good thing. If you enjoy the content stick around. If not, just leave . Thank you for sharing your point of view.
