1. To me the defense was determind to obtain Proctors phone looking for cover-up action with police but didn't so that's what they came up with. Never heard of obtaining a detectives phone for a trial before unless they are on trial. Defenses aim, everything but finding their client guilty. I'm sure cops talk about others in cases to each other all rmthe time but this will stop them. Everyone of us has done this too! Stop cuz it may not bring justice for the victim. Sad.

6. The defense has shown there are several things that may of happened to John, but we’ll never know because they focused on Karen, who obviously did hit the “car” and cracked her tail light.. I also watched a video of a trainer who trains police dogs and the injuries he showed were almost identical to John’s arm. It’s all so fishy to me. I don’t think we’ll ever know what happened. 😢

Peter, why does the Judge keep stopping the defense from allowing them to provide the best defense for their client, she sustains every objection without a reason hearing what the objection is before she sustains? Also, why does the judge constantly cut off the Defense, but always allow the Commonwealth to speak as long as they can? I don't think it's fair, just sayin

11. I would never trust a person with no lips. I predict a not guilty verdict and I've seen through this bs since week one. The McCabes and their unbearable personalities and hyberbolic behavior on the stand was enough.

15. See how long they hover around the passenger taillight??? Plenty of time to break it. Multiple people potentially walking away with pieces which is why they kept finding pieces at the scene at later dates.

17. I see grounds for mistrial. I see grounds for criminal investigation of Lally. He presented evidence as if the jury was seeing the image as it is and never told them it was mirrored. There is also missing time in the video! The sgt cannot even act as if he’s not involved with whatever Proctor may have done because he knows! Everyone in that garage knows. The video of her backing into the truck also clearly shows movement when she strikes.

19. In the beginning of the trial she was signing Lally by clearing her throat or breathing heavy to make him object she caught on that we caught on and now she she rocked her chair each day it's either she's spinning and it'll stop and he'll object

The reason why she said just say objects no arguments because Lally can't object he don't know how to argue it and he don't know what he's saying he takes too long he gets flustered and he basically don't sometimes he's completely wrong so the judge said just say the object that's why she's carrying him through this damn thing like she's saying sustained before he even objects when when the defense

If they don't let the expert Witnesses in I mean why wouldn't they after what they found out that Valli put the wrong video in and he should have never shown that stupid ass video because he looks so bad he don't have a leg to stand on they should let them get the experts and it's going to look even worse like the prosecution is harboring the defense
