1. I feel like the prosecution is stretching this case because they have no way of proving this case they are prolonging the inevitable. At this point they should take the L and have the feds handle the rest.

   What makes me absolutely murderous about this judge…is the fact that she allows this (what "this" is answered below) while also saying nothing about how these witnesses for the prosecution are clearly giving the defense a really hard time during the cross.

   And it hasn't been just a couple of witnesses doing this. Its damn near all of them. Even "expert" witnesses for the prosecution, whom are only there to explain what they found with regard to their area expertise. These experts are not there to figure out who did it and how.

   We have AJ firing back at them in the only way he can say something and not jeopardize the case. The judge allows the pros-witt to say whatever they want and when AJ calls them out on this ridiculous bull-shit, the judge chastise's AJ in front of the entire court.

   However, I am 100% certain that if this trial goes bad for Karen that she will get a retrial without any thought. I feel confident she won't need another trial anyway. As I have zero doubt that she's found innocent via the jury. But yeah, this judge is clearly biased in favor of the prosecution. I would love to see the scorecard for this trial that breaks down how many times she favorable with one side and the other. The objection ratio alone must be crazy in favor of the prosecution. Theres a lot of obvious bull shit in this trial and im confident the jury isn't buying any of the states bs.

7. Love your show. Its hands down the best show in/of the legal/attorney type genre.

   The only complaint is the playing the video sped up. It's too hard to hear and its too much to process because we're trying to make sure we're even hearing it right. We dont care if your videos are super long because you're awesome. If long videos are a problem for your schedule then maybe stop doing them and go a different route.

   Just listening to this cross is giving me anxiety lol because its way too amped up and fast. Im having to drop the playback speed on my end to level out everything.

13. The lady that took samples from vehicle, I dont think he was attacking her at all. By his questioning, it was clear she did HER job but wasn't privy to what happened with evidence before or after it left her possession. And she didnt want to comment or speculate on something that wasnt in her wheelhouse or her knowledge.

14. everything points to the police covering up their own actions, and sloppily, if you ask me. There is nothing that supports her guilt from the sporadic coverage i have watched. If anything, this trial is blatantly in favor of a police coverup, tho I cant tell who murdered this man. Assuming she is innocent, this is horrifying for her to have to relive, i would imagine, and she is handling it well, again, if she did not commit this crime, which it seems like she did not. but someone is guilty, and whomever it is is being protected by police. i think thats ALL I see here

22. The police officer doesn’t have security cameras set up around his house? Not even a ring doorbell? Neighbors don’t have any security footage? I think that’s weird..

26. It’s day 19 and as someone who could be on a Jury , sadly I would probably have checked out on the case at this point they have not convinced me of anything which is sad

28. The court testimony on your show is so sped up it’s hard to understand what they are saying. Sometimes I have to watch it on a different show to understand it. This makes me sad because I really love your show😢.

29. Wouldnt the snow plow shove everything on the road into the edge of everyones yard? The snow they are standing on is nowhere as deep as where they are shoveling. I haven’t been able to watch this trial, but everything I have seen, screams doubt.
    However, you never know what a jury will do.

30. You may not have the resources for securing the scene for a long time, but clearing the scene apter less than two hours (and they already knew victim was dead).

34. What about the DNA of the hair, they should be able to put the DNA into the national codex or whatever and match it up to any possible owner within the federal database, aren't all police and federal agents in the database as well as other criminals

35. Those puncture wounds definitely look like dog bites. There are no such thing as coincidences, highlighting the fact they got rid of the dog right after.
