  1. I’m thinking this long might be a hung jury… I think if it was an acquittal we would have had a verdict by now, assuming the jury saw all the reasonable doubt that we all saw.

  2. I think the Albert's paid a jury. How DO YOU RECONSILE THE UNBROKEN TAIL LIGHT AT 5 AM AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BROKEN AND ON THE GROUND 3 HOURS EARLIER

  3. I don’t understand the delay in a verdict. The independent experts testified there was no way a car caused the injuries. As such the prosecution did not prove their case. That should create reasonable doubt in any intelligent persons head and a not guilty verdict.
What are the jurors doing? Clearly don’t understand the job. Guaranteed there is a simple Simon in there with ADD causing the problem.

  4. For just the fact the evidence wasnt collected immediately and left in an open crime scene for a week..come on ppl think about that..snow is not a good enough reason if u think a murder occured there u get the evidence u cant leave a crime scene open for a week ppl just stopping over …please

  5. How Karen Read should've looked during trial😶🤐😞✍📃🙎💔 NOT 🗣🙎😆🧑‍⚖🙊👨‍👨‍👧‍👦🙄 during court ⚖. I mean, did she forget where she was? Her lawyers should have told her this after listening to Proctor. She came across like, you're going to get it! But if she seemed 😔 and embarrassed 😳, the jury would've most likely empathized with her!

She feels like a 🤩 and nobody can wait to see her 🎬 🎞 ⁹

  6. I have no faith in the justice system after watching this trial, especially the case in Georgia, who is Young Thug? How do you get rid judges like that

  7. Watching this trial I have no faith anymore in the justice system, especially the trial of the young thug in Georgia I think we need as a country To rebuild our Justice system

  8. A "That's the way we've always done it" attitude from the judge regarding the form. The greatest barrier to change and progress…

  9. No matter what i honesty think Karen down it not intended to do it its very sad on both saids

  10. I watched Whitney and John and Peter Play that game with M&Ms I enjoyed it y’all are funny by the way, I live in Tallahassee, my entire family, my children are straight up Seminoles ! David is got a puppy and his name is noles my brother-in-law is an attorney for the state he went to Nova law school. How did you like Tallahassee when you were going to FSU?

  11. Designing a form with some charges having two options — guilty/not guilty — and other charges only having one option — guilty — is terrible UX design. Terriible awful bad misleading and likely to trick people into doing something they don't want to do. Certainly likely to generate questions every time. Fighting a request for consistently-worded options is just mulish.

  12. Yes the word here is simplify verdict form. Lay people are not law students there is legal terminology very confusing same as medical terminology lay people are not familiar with medical terminology. Jury instructions very confusing

  13. I heard that yesterday a juror was dismissed for making a face of disgust when the Alberts appeared. Is it Constitutional to dismiss a juror for a facial expression? At some point, I think a line is crossed where judge is trampling First Amendment rights.

  14. All due respect Peter but lawyers don't know how to write anything that is NOT confusing.

  15. Even with new form, how does jury indicate not guilty of second degree but hung on manslaughter? Amateur hour in Norfolk Co.
