  2. Of course he got no time, he’s a Baldwin 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  3. As a filmmaker I wanted to hear all of the evidence before drawing any conclusion. What I can say now is that Judge Sommer is the BEST of the BEST for upholding the rule of law! Best judge no doubt.

  4. The way the prosecutor talks to the judge is reckless. And I hate her fake politeness. It's cringey.

  5. He Beverly should have been brought to trial
He should sue them for the grief they put him through

  6. Judge Bev needs to watch this proceeding and get some pointers about how to run a just & fair trial. Evidence, no matter how relevant the prosecutor thinks it may or may not be, MUST be turned over to the defense.

  7. This is so iconic and ironic it truly played out like a Hollywood movie! Unbelievable how Alec Baldwins trial mirrored his acting career! You can’t write this stuff up.. again in Hollywood you can!

  8. That “crime scene technician” is an absolute joke. She looks like she lives under a bridge 🧌

  9. That “CST” sure does have a nasty attitude. And I can’t figure out why.

Edit: I’ve said several more times since writing that original sentence, “Boy, is she nasty!” She is showing blatantly obvious disdain for the defense attorney and it doesn’t make her look good.

  10. This was a complete mess. One thing I don't understand is when Seth is talking about the ammunition he brought back from Texas that he had no idea when it got back. Did it just magically teleport to his van and then into the bathroom. So bizarre. Ugh!

  11. Morrisey telling Judge Sommer that she thought that wearing gloves wasn't necessary. just shows her display of arrogance. and she should know that this is a criminal trial therefore handling of evidence is done by wearing gloves.

  12. Prosecutor ONLY took the stand to save her butt n pass the buck. The fact she claims to not know the evidence would go under a different case number is just a lame excuse. Its her job to MAKE SURE it went under same case number and be followed up on!

  13. Anyone whose case was tried by this prosecutor and or a case handled by this police dept might want their lawyers to look a little closer at their case and evidence.

  14. Please tell me Popell is standing in the unemployment line! I have never seen such a mess with such unethical collusion! Also the Red head from that police dept that testified today. I know the prosecutor resigned, I just want to know these 2 also are jobless, and not just moved to elsewhere in the department as there are obvious ethical issues.

  15. Can someone tell me how did def attorney find out this ammunition was not revealed by the state?

  16. You can see that Madam Judge is ticked off. She’s not playing with the state prosecutor. Not going well on there ended. 😮

  17. I am floored!!!! Witnesses, especially police et al testifying on the stand are meant to be neutral. Their goal is the truth, not to side with prosecution or defense. Having said that, I have never seen a witness such as crime scene investigator Popell be so blatantly sided with prosecution. " Can you restate your really long question" she says with attitude. I hope she loses her job for everything that was revealed about her and her work during this trial!

  18. Seth accidentally provided the live ammunition- Hannah was his fall guy, he covered up his crimes- hope justice will fall on him one day. Prosecutor and cops so corrupt. Loved the judge she is 🔥

  19. Extra sus for them to create a new case number. Thank goodness Baldwin had a good judge!

  20. I keep rewatching this and i cringe everytime. Ms Hancocks explanations were as painful as the CST who was also a poor witness…Morrisey….well where do we begin. But it seems that the one who inserted himself into the case was the one they should have investigated. He made fools of them all

  21. 6:33:38 the exact moment the case was dismissed.
Boom! Game over for you, Hancock, love how she dragged Morrissey and her supervisor under the bus as well.

  22. Great work by Baldwin's legal team and Alex Spiro particularly distinguished himself with outstanding cross-examination technique.

The result of dismissal with prejudice was entirely warranted, this case should never have reached trial and I believe Morrissey's personal malice against Baldwin (which she ineffectively denied on the stand) was the main factor why it was pushed so far despite its obvious lack of legal merit.

Stiff complaints to the Bar Council of New Mexico re. Madame Special Prosecutrix are doubtless being lodged as we speak!

  23. Here’s something you should be thinking about. If they can do this to Alec Baldwin what do you think black and brown people with no money go through. This is indicative of the system. The lies and shady behavior. How many people are sitting in prison right now because some prosecutor decided they guilty

  24. This judge let Morrisey get away with so much egregious behaviour in the HGR trial it made me wonder if she had any control of her courtroom but in this trial she isn’t putting up with nothing..it’s like a completely different person!
