1. So, my degree is in psychology and part of my training included tests and measurements. The way the survey is written is so poorly done. They can write questions in a way that does not lead the examinee in any particular direction. There are test and survey developers, who know how to write more balanced questions that don’t lead the rater. And yes, the way you write the questions can be done so that it’s forced choice items as well as using an adaptive testing format which means that if a person answers a set of items a particular way, they stop testing at that point or move forward—-this means everyone isn’t exposed to the same questions. It’s very technical and is probably a technique best used when they are doing jury selection rather than at this stage, but that is my two cents. Any survey right now will definitely spoil the jury pool.

I WILL SAY , Older people don't usually go on social media and younger people in there 20s-30's are usually more focused on their own lives may not have heard of this case because they haven't ran it on the tv news as much as on youtube… I asked my daughter and her friends (26 yrs-32yrs) they never heard of the case they don't even watch the news outside of the weather … they're too busy working … my mother who is old never heard of it but they all looked into it after i asked them ….what is the point of the survey if it is going to alert and familiarize the public to the case and , DOESN'T IT ACTUALLY HURT THE DEFENSE ?

9. Because the non-dissemination order was issued in January in the Bryan Kohberger case. The prosecutor did nothing wrong, this is transparency in the court system. He did nothing wrong by speaking about this at the press conference. Nothing at all. Every single solitary LE person talks about probable cause when a high profile case arrest comes up. Come on, let's be real here.

10. Finding out the stalking is false was surprising. They really do think Bryan is innocent. We probably only know around 1% of the information that surrounds this case. Anne Taylor is certainly doing her very best for him. I feel this whole “show” was part of Anne’s bigger plan in getting the venue changed. I don’t care where they change it to, I think they might find it hard to find impartial jurors halfway around the world because this case is global. Thanks as always Peter for breaking it down. 15. I don't much care for Taylor. I feel like she's just in it for her 15 minutes of fame. I would bet that HER client is teaching her how to do her job. Being he's so well educated in this kind of thing. Just my opinion. I've been tracking this case from the start and have watched and read everything I can find about it. At this point in time I'm leaning more towards guilty but I have lots of questions and none of us have seen ALL the evidence so until that happens I'm staying open to anything.

17. Sorry Peter. The State DID disseminate a "stalking" accusation on page 16 paragraphs 1 & 2 of the PCA! Now, Thompson claims that in not factual? How can it be the Survey and not the State/PCA and/or not the Media's megaphone? Which one is it? You can't attribute it to the survey!

19. You can ask questions to jog memory without giving information – like "Have you heard if there was DNA involved at all". Either they have or havent. Then you dont specifically tell them where and whos it was. "Did you hear his dna was on the knife sheath?" is such a ridiculously specific question that gives that information if they hadn't heard that yet. And then they are like trying to say, Look – bias! 🤦🏼‍♀️

20. I don’t necessarily think these are good due to the fact if I had rcvd a survey and had not heard of the case the first thing I would do is go look into the case!

23. Stalking the victims is going to be powerful evidence & testimony, and it has not been made public by the prosecution whether BK did this.
    All of that data (cellphone & online analysis) is currently in the possession of the FBI and has not been shared publicly yet. I believe the prosecution is keeping that in their pocket and they don’t want it brought to the forefront yet, which is why they are arguing so strongly against using that information in the survey.

24. Here is my question. So, you are calling 400 people up in this small county. Are these 400 people actually permanent residents. You are asking all these questions…….. but are they going to then are these actual people that were asked then going to be called for jury?

30. The expert was impeccable… Judge Judge and Bill Thompson were both sub mediocre and deplorable… He doesn't want things to be spread more?!! 42. Peter i watched the entire hearing on Emilys live stream. What was determined exactly what you said. What is public record 🤔?? Whats in the public is different than whats in the court documents. Definitely a spicy hearing. I appreciate AT fighting for her client. But what the defense is arguing is that there can b information that a potential juror may have in their brain that don't even know they have that can prejudice Bk, that can happen no matter where they go. The argument was, being under oath doesn't necessarily guarantee a juror will b fair even if they say they can b fair can they really though?? Those juors can be found anywhere so y change venue causing tax payers more money and causing the victims families and witnesses do the leg work to have to travel. I know its BKs rights that need to b protected however like i said i dont buy the defenses argument.
