  1. If the defence proposes solutions then I see no reason why these pretentions can't be accommodated.

In this case, the most important element will be the plausibility of the theory of the crime in relation to the available evidence. In the Murdaugh case, the theory of the crime advanced by the defence was shyte : vanishing perpetrator. That said, I recognise that the hands of Griffin and Harpootlian were tied by what Murdaugh told investigating authorities before he was charged. It will be interesting to see the defence lawyering.

  2. Replay crew here😊 so looking forward to watching this case with you Peter! Hope the courtroom situation is solved…the jury for sure should have full view of the witnesses!😊🙏

  3. Honestly, I feel like things would be better if juries couldn't see the witnesses, because people think they are experts in body language when even 'body language experts' have been shown to be complete junk science. Most cases fortunately have enough evidence that it doesn't matter all that much, but plenty of innocent people have been convicted where people made giant decisions based on how they 'felt' the witnesses and/or defendant's body language 'proved' this or that.

  4. Most outrageous case I've seen here and the other case is worse what they covered up with another murder being covered up with a cop killing his groomed pregnant girlfriend. Same cast of people in that case too.

  5. What Evidence does the prosecutor have? Theres no witnesses or videos of what happen to Officer OKeefe.

  6. My concern is that the jury should all be able to see the exact same things. Having only some jurors see some things is not acceptable.

  7. If I was a juror and couldn’t see the witness’s face I would be so frustrated. 90% of Communication is nonverbal.

Why has this never been brought up by the prosecution (since they would spend the mist time) over the years??

  8. @Lawyer you know…you didn’t give your opinion about the court room! Is this a valid concern?

  9. if i were on the jury and couldn’t see witnesses faces, i don’t think i could ever come back with a guilty verdict. there’d be too much reasonable doubt for me in terms of what i could’ve missed by not being able to see witnesses.

  10. Turtleboy's argument about the "taillight hair" doesn't make sense.

If the Prosecutors wanted to make certain to frame Karen …

… they would have just plucked a hair off of John's head while he was lying in the snow (at the same time they're busy sprinkling broken taillight "evidence").

At which point they could claim they found that hair on the taillight on the SUV?

Instead, the prosecution have presented a fiber that turned out not to be human hair, and now they're wasting time testing for DNA on it in the "hopes" that it turns out to be John's?

Turtleboy's argument makes no sense, especially for cops and prosecution that are seen as soooooooooooooooo corrupt.

  11. Peter will you please cover the Delphi case please? It’s so much craziness with our justice system. It is very scary.

  12. Peter – I WANT you to cover it exactly how you intend to cover it. Please know we are out there. I just bought a membership too. ⚖️

  13. Having grown up in Massachusetts corruption is widespread across the many levels of government and law enforcement. From the state crime labs to the administration of a school district, corruption. It was only after I grew up and left that my friends and I finally began to talk about how this rampant corruption shaped our childhoods. Quite sad.

  14. Doing something for 100 years does not make it right doing something wrong for 100 years is still doing something wrong

  15. In all honesty, as a potential jury member, that's valid…regardless aa to what is being tried.

  16. Commonwealth laws sometimes do not recognize other things from other states such as child custody issued in a state & not a Commonwealth. States & Commonwealth are different for many reasons.

  17. She's a Master Manipulator… More I think about it.. The more she reminds me of Lori Daybell and she had lots of crazy little followers too 😂 Turtleman 🦸‍♂️

  18. This witness stand is absurd… No wonderSacco and Venzettinwere sent to the gallows🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️

  19. I’m looking forward to watching this trial live with EDB! I hope you post recaps so we can get your thoughts as well. 💜💙♥️

  20. The federal investigation is of public corruption. It includes many of the police officers involved in the investigation of this case.

It’s not just an investigation of the DA’s office.

  21. How do I get a gifted membership? I love the channel, and hear it a lot, and I’d love to be a member, just don’t have that cash flow.

  22. What does substantially the same mean? When was the room unsubstantially different? What was different?

  23. Wholly unacceptable for the jury to be looking at the back of witness’. Not least because it could be likely jurors will be less engaged when they are only listening to a voice instead of also being able to see the speaker
