The only thing she hit was the other car as it moved when struck, plastic pushed in, arrive at scene when broken piece of tail light falls out? There’s something about her and the way she conducts herself that doesn’t seem right and appears off, imo

The fact that at THIS point she still didn’t recognize that Higgens was a witness because he was actually in the home on the night of the murder, says volumes about her ability to comprehend what’s happening in this case! She constantly interrupts the attorneys during their testimony instead of waiting until they finish and seems biased towards the commonwealth, when clearly it’s obvious that they haven’t been that truthful in their testimony!
    I couldn’t believe she chuckled at the fact that the commonwealth male attorney, (Halally) I believe is his name, when she had ordered him to turn over certain documents to all the defense attorneys and he disregarded the court’s order. How a judge laughs at the fact that an attorney disregards a court order is beyond me….unless the judge is biased!
    RIDICULOUS!! 😤

30. The only thing that makes sense is that his fellow officers killed him either intentionally or accidentally and then decided to frame his girlfriend who would have no reason to kill him. She could have just left him. The prosecutors are corrupt and in bed with murdering corrupt cops.
