Hopefully the juror or maybe couple jurors that are holding out and think she is guilty should never ever be jurors again.. scary world we are living in… anyone that watched the case with a damn brain, knows its an easy not guilty… even if they think its possible she did it, the reasonable doubt is to the extreme levels, so once they realize that, it should have been over already… so the fact they still holding out, is very telling and scary.. talking about someone’s life right now, in a case that no one is even close to sure and that’s with some of the most corrupt and lying cops, that messed up the WHOLE investigation…. It’s so freaking easy to come to a NOT guilty on this case like WTF

Crazy how everyone thinks we live in the best country cause of our freedoms, rights and how we do our justice system and this case is completely showing the bad part of it and that it is not nearly as good as we think… no matter what anyone thinks, this verdict should have been pretty damn easy and a NOT guilty verdict… at this point lets just get rid of “reasonable doubt” whats the point if that does not matter to the court and jurors.. out of all the cases i have watched i never seen a case with this much reasonable doubt… thats thats just that factor…. Now add in the terrible, awful and CRIMINAL police work and basically botched the investigation… proved liars.. deleting stuff.. getting rid of stuff… like the list goes on and on.. states own ME basically not agreeing with them and more with the defense… FBI investigating it and saying a vehicle did not do that…. Defense having a couple experts that r, NOT bias, NOT paid or hired by the defense and basically sent by the FBI and most people on earth are not more educated in there field, than these guys… think of all of that and the trial we watched and we are how many hours into this???? And still no verdict of NOT guilty…

    it’s the weirdest but saddest thing ever… it just blows my mind and hurts my head cause it makes 0 sense… scary we have jurors like that out there… its prob just 1 or 2 also but thats all you need to ruin a case and someone’s life

26. I know, I’m team #replay but can a jury find a person guilty of a charge NOT on the form?? I truly feel a verdict of guilty of DWI is appropriate.

28. That’s what I heard from my friend who was there inside the court, they are saying that one of the juries is a retired ex cop and he see her guilty and doesn’t want to switch. They think that he’s also the same person selected as foreperson chosen by the judge.

29. As jurors we want to get answers and to punish for actions someone took. I think some on the jury were wanting a DUI charge to convict and this particular charge has a bodily injury attached to it, so you basically have to believe she hit JO in order to convict on that charge. Hope all jury understands you can’t convict on charges that are not there, and those charges can’t be changed. Either she hit him with her car or she didn’t. Done and done!

30. Peter!! Your explanations of moral certainty and reasonable doubt were the best I have heard. Thank you so much. I know you are young but I think you are amazingly relatable and eloquent! Do you have any thoughts of ever becoming a judge? I think you would fantastic! If not, than please consider a career in politics. Our system so needs great ambitious minds like yours WITH conscience and integrity!!

32. Im thoroughly convinced that our government knows what they are doing by creating short videos thus creating short attention spans in an already declining intelligence in our society. Its insane to see how anyone can come to guilty.

33. @Maryland Monroe if you happen to return here (or anyone else who agrees with their comment). I saw your comment and just need to ask… how do you get past the scientific evidence saying it’s not possible for him to have been hit by a car? The defense’s theory of conspiracy/cover up etc isn’t the only other option. It’s the CW’s theory vs any other reasonable scenario. He could have thrown the glass at her taillight (like Dr Wolfe said), he could have fell and hit his head, Chloe or another dog could have attacked him and he fell, Higgen’s alone could have done something (he said he left between 12:30-1). His BAC of 0.23 was very high at time of death (that’s 7 hours after his final drink according to CW). The puncture holes in his jumper weren’t explained. Where’s all the blood?? A lack of evidence is reasonable doubt. Innocent and not guilty aren’t the same thing. But do you think the CW proved their theory? Do you think she’s guilty but maybe it happened a different way? I am only asking out of curiosity and I am not writing this in any angry way, I’m just curious because I haven’t spoken to anyone with this opinion. You are entitled to your opinion, I’d just love to understand how you got there. Thanks
