1. Mel gibbs mentioned how strange chad was with women and all his "past lives", so I just hope they cover the fact that he was married to both Melanie b and lori " in past lives"
   they were already talking about Melanie's kids light to dark ratio, and tried to kill Melanie's ex-husband.
   I bet he was going to sister wife them along with killing off their husbands and kids.
   These people need to be put away.

2. Win or lose, Chads lawyer is a great attorney.

3. What I dislike about Prior is that he twists the words which have been spoken already, and changes their meaning. He keeps doing this. It would put me off as a juror.

4. Prior is such sleezy lawyer seriously not professional. There is such a stark difference in professional conduct between the prosecution team and Mr Sleeze.

7. When lori said to melanie you saw it on my computer and melanie said no i didnt i believe lori. The way she said straight after u recording for the police. Melanie knows more then shes telling

8. Based on what Melanie Gibb is saying, could the police charge her in helping cover up the murder of JJ & Tylee? Or would have have signed something with the police before all of this that she can't be charged? Because she lied to the police about the kids. I understand why she is such an important witness but she still lied. It's really difficult for me to look past that. I also noticed in her interview with Nate that she referred to the kids as "passed on" in the same way she referred to Tammy & Charles. This was BEFORE the kids were found. Maybe in the end it doesn't matter maybe it's more important she stand trial and help prove Chad had a huge part in this entire case and is responsible for the death of Tammy, JJ & Tylee. I really don't know if Melanie testifying helped their case..

   I feel like it did for Lori's trial but I feel a lot differently now that more time has passed when it comes to Melanie..

9. He’s getting Melanie so flustered that she doesn’t notice him sneaking in things like you and Lori conspired together. He’s sneaky and trying to trick her into going along with his crap. I can’t stand him.

10. So I thought that on a personal level M. Gibbs worrying about protecting the church is odd because I'm areligious (occasionally irreligious). BUT Idaho is very LDS religious, so I think to the jury it'd make sense.

12. I do find it curious that when melanie lies, and then later comes clean to law enforcement, he emphatically emphasizes that she LIED… but in his opening statements, he several times referred to Chad's "untruths" regarding his affair…. 🤔

I think Melanie should definitely do some jail time too the fact that she knew the children were dead and didn't do anything she told a bunch of people somebody recorded it go look it up it's crazy there is a recorded phone call of Melanie Gibb admitting that she knows the kids are dead way before she told the cops. The fact that she was literally admitting that she tried to kill people with her magic powers this lady is fucking dangerous Yes she's stupid Yes she's gullible but she's still out there She should pay she was a part of it I think everybody who is a part of the cult should face justice. I believe 100% that her and Rob were totally working together with the church to protect the church because the Mormon church is a cult and they've been doing all kinds of silly things trying to save themselves and distance themselves from this even though at one point they embraced Chad and his teachings they like to lie a lot

14. How is he defending his client if he’s so solely focused Lori. I don’t like the defense’s style. It’s slimy.

I just hope the jury can see that Tammy did not die of natural causes because in order to believe that you would have to believe that Chad has magic fucking powers if he had magic powers he could just get in his portal take a storm and leave his little fart box. 20. The exact dates and number of communications between Melanie and prosecutor hardly seems relevant to the truthfulness & accuracy of her testimony about same. Her testimony is clearly her own – the call speaks for itself. The jury should decide whether her testimony on the stand about substantive matters is truthful. I don’t see how her not remembering the dates and numbers of her discussions with prosecutors impeaches her testimony under oath.

While I was listening to what was said about the texts, it sounded to me like she was telling Mr. Woods that she was doing the interviews with Mr. Morrison and that he was ok to protect the church, not that she was going to only testify if it would protect the church – since we cannot see the actual texts, it is hard to really be sure what was said.

38. I can’t believe that you and I are listening to the same trial. Please assure me that you don’t believe that Melanie had anything to do with the Murder s of JJ and Tylee. John Prior is constantly misstating testimony. CONSTANTLY. I think Melanie is tired. I knownI am. He continuously beats the same dead horse. Nate Eatin seems to recognize this. I’m disappointed that you don’t.

39. I think there is in fact a problem with Melanie Gibb’s other call with Shari- I heard some folks say that Melanie taped that call and whatever state – it was illegal to tape someone without their knowledge
