4. Remember when Roseanne Barr tweeted some inappropriate stuff about a woman and then explained that she had taken Ambien (a powerful sleeping pill) just before but didn't go to sleep, making her feel like very drunk when she wrote that tweet? This reminds me of what Roseanne did.
   But let's assume that he was 100% sober when he filed this, what was he expecting? Didn't he know that the judge would eventually find out that he's not the defendant's lawyer? Was he really expecting that the trial would be delayed? This seems very unreasonable and unrealistic, which makes me believe that he was under the influence of something when he sent that.
