Hannah Gutierrez, 25, is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie ‘Rust.’ Alec Baldwin, star and producer of “Rust,” was pointing the gun at Hutchins when the fatal shot was fired. Director Joel Souza was also injured in the accident. Baldwin claims he pulled back the hammer of the gun but did not pull the trigger. 2. For those who doesn't know, there are tons of voices in these videos that are not from the judge, the lawyers or people in the audiences. You have to have a sharp ear to hear them, but its recorded in these court videos. Listen carefully and you might be surprised.

  3. A gun expert in everything but gun safety. Even watching from my couch I’m uncomfortable with how many times he pointed the gun up or at someone

  4. Actors don't check the guns. That has been mentioned by people smarter than a "firearms expert."

  5. They have no defense, regardless of their bad witnesses. SHE filled a "cold" gun with a live round.

  6. I like how the judge sends them out to lunch whenever the prosecution battleaxe starts getting hangry 😂

  7. Last week, a very good witness (an armorer) testified that while he was working on a film, he too found a live ammo on his set. I believe it was a shotgun shell. He recognized it was real because of the weight of the shell and his experience. No one bothered to ask him how that shell got on site. I'm curious if anyone else noticed that, or if he actually did say how it got there and I missed it. Does anyone know how that shell got onto his film set?

  8. Expert gun witness for the defense. Some expert 🤣🤣 Safety 101 never point a gun, loaded or not and he did exactly that multiple times before bothering to show everyone it was empty. 👏👏👏👏

  9. I’m starting to think the old and young shouldn’t be handling weapons at all , I can’t believe the witness pointed the gun at the judge and then lied about it.

  10. It seems that the people who were supplying the guns did not properly check the guns beforehand. They clearly knew that they were loaded. Mr Baldwin seems to be in a situation where he's being framed. Mainly because the firearms that were in the truck were moved around continuously while a warrant was delayed. It appears that the people running the prop business for being purposely negligent. It didn't matter who they gave the gun to but as long as they knew it was live the person holding it would get in trouble. Purposely trying to push the blame on the person and they gave the gun to. All actors should have the right to assume that there are no live rounds. If there is then that would be the person who was handling it before. Before each and every movie if there is live rounds on set or even dummy rounds they should be cleared and everybody should be cleared before shooting starts. Mr Baldwin should have the knowledge to know not to fool around with top guns especially if they have dummy rounds

  11. Gotta love the drag queen trying to position himself behind Hannah each day so that the camera spots him.

  12. Right there, 5:18:09, is when idiot Hannah's idiot expert points the gun RIGHT AT the judge, which idiot expert later denies.

  13. The two defense "experts" yikes! In my opinion they did more harm than good. Both appeared unprepared and the firearms guy was borderline cartoonish. The State has done a good job proving its case. Remember, the job of the defense is to put that doubt in the mind of the jury. At this point, I think they need a Hail Mary, and that may mean putting the defendant on the stand. Following this trial from the start, there was plenty of blame to go around. But in the end, the Armorer is ultimately responsible for the firearms and ammunition.
