  2. This producer Ryan Winterstern has got to be one of the stupidest people on the planet! If I closed my eyes I would swear I was listening to Joe Biden! What a dumb sh_t.

  3. Hannah clearly was not mature enough to do this job. She obviously felt intimidated by the age and experience of others on the set. This doesn't absolve her of her responsibility for the guns and ammunition.

  4. 1st AD Halls does not consider the lead actor yelling “come on come on let’s go” rushing his underlings. He said Baldwin was not rushing people. If that is not considered rushing, what is?

  5. Why is the prosecutor being permitted to speak so freely by leading each witness. She appears to be acting as a witness who is the one telling the story. She is not asking questions, she is prompting to the point of saying what happened only to get an affirmative response from the actual witness. Seems like an interrogation where years later we learn a false confession was given.

  6. I think Baldwin practiced with the real gun alone a lot, worked the action and released it by pulling the trigger. He did this probably thinking that it felt, looked, sounded, and would come across as top notch but his ignorance of guns prevented him from thinking about light primer strikes. The gun was at least half-cocked under his coat, and his comfortability with his finger in the trigger guard allowed him to nonchalantly "fire" it, resulting in the negligent discharge. He should absolutely be charged, but HG is going to really get in more trouble here, and rightfully so.

  7. Dave Halls seems just as much of a space cadet as Hannah. I know some people are impressed that he cried, but honestly the rest of the time, there was a lot of shrugging and whatevers in reply to EVERY question he was asked about safety.

  8. 6:48:00. As regards those 2 previous negligent discharges, Dave's analysis, concern, and solution: "it happened." He's responsible for safety, and his entire train of thought was, it happened, so now the proper thing to do is, absolutely nothing.

It happened, so everything's fine now??? This guy directed on sets for 4 decades. How was he allowed to direct on a set for even 4 minutes, EVER?

  9. I don’t understand why there wouldn’t be a full inventory of exactly how many dummies and blanks there were. Then a record of how many blanks a d dummies were used in every scene. Each round should have a number associated. It’s insane how cavalier they are/were with regard to each round.

  10. Baldwin was shooting blanks directly at people. Baldwin fired a blank at a set photographers head and broke her camera.

  11. And today we finally see the unenviable look of truth starting to set in on Hannah’s face… No longer accompanied by a smug look of entitlement, the gut wrenching feeling of her most lucid paralysis ridden nightmare is quickly becoming reality. Desperately trying to wake up to no avail, not even the cocaine can free her body’s fight or flight mode from being smothered by the rapidly impending sense of responsibility

  12. 2:49:43 if you can’t handle the job on a set with a deadly weapon then get the F out of the set there is zero excuse oh he’s a big celebrity she’s in charge of that weapon end of story

  13. I see she must read these comments because she tried to tone down make up and the aloof looks and tried to look like she was writing or looking at something.

  14. I don't like this Winterstern guy already. He looks shifty. He doesn't look like he knows very much about his job. Thinks to long before answering questions.

  15. The person that pulled the trigger the person that was holding the gun and the person that gets handed the gun should always clear the weapon

  16. Witness Ryan Winterstern is very deceptive. "I don't recall," "I don't recollect". Looks like he is afraid to get charged also. He passes the responsibility to everyone but himself. This guy is a producer on set everyday. Who ordered the ammo? Where did they order it from? Was this just a movie for a tax shelter? Low budget for as cheap as possible? Should all the producers be charged?

  17. Still don't understand why they are not asking why there were live rounds mixed in with the dummies and blanks. No one is taking about this! I'd there wouldn't have been live rounds this wouldn't be happening.
