3. I’ll never forget watching them remove the sealed refrigerator from the apartment building..I knew then something had happened to Harmony. How can a father do those horrible things to his baby girl?

5. I must apologise to the Defence lawyers. I was quite critical of the constant repetition , but really they didn’t choose this case, Their client they have is a Tool who doesn’t have any gonads , who doesn’t show up in court etc. I haven’t heard anything positive or nice about him and they have to try make a case of it and defend him. I too would be harping on and on and what the States witnesses say

11. First off I think with a lot of the evidence mentioned that he definitely tied to it. But Kevin alone said that Adam hit Harmony and gave her a black eye. So he has no problem with being overly hard and rough with her. I don’t how much Kayla played in treating her badly or abusing her, i see her more as she did nothing for her. She saw it, allowed it and went on it wasn’t happening to her or her boys so not her problem, not her daughter. So she is still guilty regardless. I also think Adam killed her, not Kayla. I say that because if he can beat Harmony the way he did then beat Kayla for what she did. If Kayla had in fact killed Harmony and he truly loved his daughter whose to say he wouldn’t have damn near killed Kayla not protect her. I think he did, and when hearing the all the stuff in the paperwork about what he did. Which was gone through and it was graphic and very laid out. I don’t think they’re ever going to find that precious little girl, he literally broke her into pieces and tossed her all an over. They are never going to really know where she is or how to locate all of her. It breaks my heart. And him being allowed to not be in his own trial to me is BS. I have seen this now a couple times over the past few months. And why should he be given a choice to be there or not. He should have to sit there. And if he was to act like a fool, it would show exactly who he is, and what he did. It was also give the jury a chance to see the man who is being accused and see how he reacts and how he handles the whole trial. That poor little girl was tossed away, and the sad thing is she had other people who wanted her. There was a family who wanted to adopt her along with her brother. She was also doing well in foster care with the lady who had her as a baby. The state should be held accountable and the caseworker should also be charged, the judge who allowed Adam custody should also be held accountable. More and more children are dying because the system thats suppose to help them doesn’t do a damn thing but watch them die. And they toss the file aside and move on. This precious baby was tossed aside by everyone who should have fought to save her. And what the hell to staying in a car in the middle of freaking winter with 3 babies. They could have done something, went somewhere or even stayed with the one friend who offered them a place. If they were so busy getting high they didn’t want to take care of their children they should have given them to family or something. I just can’t imagine. I do know about addiction and how people can be, but someone should have done something. Why didn’t he give her back to her mother. Something anything. It’s just one more sad death that should never have been. (Only relaying my own thought and feelings, not trying to be offensive and hateful.)

12. For the people complaining about Spanish speaking. The majority of US residents speak English but it is not the official language. Our country does not have an official language.

14. It pains me to even write this, but with all the moving of her body, I don't think there was much left of her body! This case is beyond disturbing! I hope and pray Harmony gets some justice. Let's hope that for once, the adults do the right thing because she was most certainly failed when she was alive! 😢❤🙏

16. Harmony died because her father, WHO NEVER LOVED HER……. didn't want to pay child support… And we all know this same story is being played out by homeless junkie families all over the world

19. I have never watched a trial where the defendant was given a choice of being at their trial or not. I personally think he should be there even if he doesn't want to be there

20. The chat has so many nasty comments and insults regarding the witness in need of an interpreter… disgusting and inacceptable. Troconis who lived in the US, who has a good job, still asked for an interpreter, it makes sense to be sure to understand statements and reply correctly

21. Adam’s lawyers are ridiculous. The whole time questioning Kayla, never once did they ask if Kayla ever mistreated Harmony or hit her. Never asked Kayla about her relationship with Harmony and how she felt about Harmony.
    Never asked why Kayla was scared of Adam when she clearly stated that the first time Adam looked with evil eyes or whatever was when he was beating Harmony to death. Which clearly implies Adam never hit or abused her before he started believing Kayla was informing on him to police so why was she too scared to try to stop him from hurting Harmony that day in the car or the many times prior to when he killed her.

    There was so many opportunities to call Kayla out on why she didn’t intervene to help Harmony or if she ever did anything to Harmony herself. Testimony indicates Harmony was scared of both Kayla and Adam.
    You would think when claiming Kayla killed Harmony that the lawyer would question her on how she treated Harmony. There may have been hope for catching Kayla out lying and seeing her deal fall through so she could be charged. We all know if Adam was hurting one of Kayla’s children that she would not have sat by watching her child be beaten then do nothing whilst her child died on the back seat. Kayla was just as abusive and indifferent to Harmony as Adam was. If Adam’s lawyer was any good at all, she could have at least proven that with proper questioning.

22. It sickens me, and I hope it sickens these jurors as much that a DAD treated his own child like a piece of clay, that he’d first pounce on, the squish and squeeze till she was the form he desired — the remains he could dispose of.

    I also hope, his inmates and those of Kayla pounce on, squish and shape them into the likeness neither cared existed.

    He’s guilty but so too is his wife! Disgusting humans!

23. Ironically Adam feels his life in danger and the good state of New Hampshire in it's authority have chosen to protect him. Shame it did not put forth the same efforts for Harmony. WHO would place a child into the custody of a criminal DA and think it was in her best interests?

24. He hasn’t even turned up. Surely that speaks volumes. Why doesn’t he just plead guilty and be done with it.

25. So again, the coward still isn’t in court day 6 can anyone tell me now Adam has decided to not turn up in court. Can he say on appeal because he did not appear in court he did not know anything what was going on in court and use that to get out of prison if you know what I mean ????? following from Australia and I’ve had enough of this Mrs Smith woman. Her voice is very annoying.

27. I feel like I could compare fingerprints after witness, Martin Orlowicz. He did an amazing job with explaining the complex process of his job. He was a great witness!!

29. Am I the only one that has noticed that all of the women he's been with are K names or that sound?? Crystal, Kayla, Katie, Kelsey…?? WEIRD !

31. I wish so badly Harmony gets justice and unfortunately that would mean for Kayla to rot in prison. However how many years is adam looking at already with the charges he pleaded guilty to? Not including the weapon charges

32. Where did they find the cooler at? Because I'm wondering when Adam got rid of it and where he put it. Anyone know? Did Adam give it back to Kayla's mom after he didn't need it anymore?
