  2. I think she’s being made a scapegoat. Baldwin aimed and fired the gun … oh but it went off by itself … ( yeah right). Perhaps he should have double checked it especially as he was going to be pointing it at someone. But he’s obviously innocent 🙄 … not.

  3. 😂 the defense attorney in this case is hilariously awful. He missed half the of the witnesses answers and makes them repeat themselves endlessly. Feel kind of sorry for Hannah having that for her defense

  4. For all the water she’s drinking and how long her interviews are, I thought she couldn’t hold it in and needs the bathroom all day?

  5. I'm still shocked they had someone like this had been hired, but not after reading the back story. I thought only a licensed professional did a job like this.

  6. Any request for training no matter the age of a person should NEVER be denied let alone for insurance reasons-because it would cost a little more.. so what! Pay that extra…

  7. 1:12:23 She remembers to open up and clean out that one cavity in the Rust gun at the cart just before it was needed, and when she was shaking the bullet again to make sure she could hear the rattle, Dave was at her ear saying hey we need that gun it here, she puts it in the chamber so Dave’s fault, then when she shows Dave the gun in a gun chamber check Halyna and Joel is talking to Dave so it’s also their fault as he says can you just hurry it up. Wow I am stunned by her lack of complete accountability. I wouldn’t be surprised if she isn’t deep down blaming Halyna for unaliving.

  8. She has the demeanor of someone explaining stolen equipment from the set to an Insurance Adjuster rather than the unaliving of the beautiful talented Halyna Hutchins by her own negligence. I am stunned by her lack of remorse or at the least for compassion. She does deserve a sentence because she truly doesn’t think she has done anything wrong and her lack of accountability is mind blowing.

  9. Its sounding more and more like Alec intentionally unloaded the blanks from the gun and put the live rounds in himself. More than likely he planned to kill her. What a sicko

  10. I can’t believe she smuggled coke to work. She fckd up because she was high on cocaine not because she had two different departments she had to work on.
She forgot she had dummies in her pocket. God. How infuriating.

Well, I’ll quote her, she is fvckd.

With no intent to kill she can spend 1-4 years in prison. Not that bad. Sucks but not the worst sentence.

  11. Isn’t it interesting that the production crew would hire an Armorer for a western film who has zero gun training skills and licensing except for what her father taught her? This was young inexperienced person who wasnt drug tested and allowed to be under the influence during her time employed to provide real guns in a movie. Absolutely a recipe for an involuntary manslaughter!! Its is clear the production crew were all as liable if not more than the Armorer. Like leaving a teenager in charge of a firearm

  12. The way this court has functioned is beyond reproach. The lawyers and the judge exhibit zero professionalism, particularly the prosecutor. Halyna Hutchins family is not getting the justice they deserve.

  13. I feel if she wasn’t doing drugs, her mind would have been clear all the time. The bullets would never get mixed up. She didn’t have to do drugs that day, she prolly did tho. At anytime she could have done drugs n mixed up the bullets. Later thinking all were dummy bullets. Not to mention she didn’t check that time she gave the gun to Alex. She clearly could not tell the difference between all the bullets. Now Alex has to live with this n go to court cuz she didn’t do her job.

  14. Her defense attorney's strategy is to intimidate and confuse every witness. He thinks if they all sound tripped up it'll create doubt. Might work.

  15. She seems so unprofessional and unsophisticated and immature, you expect an armorer to be ex military or police or a former fire arms instructor not someone who comes across as a Saturday girl in Hot Topic.

  16. No one telks Hannah what to do. She is a nonit all arrogant narcissist and its never her fault. Her dad said he is not worried one bit about her serving time for her negligence. I hope they get a rude awakening.

  17. This Prosecution attorney has the most nastiness off putting attitude I’ve ever seen! There is no need for her to be so rude and hateful. It’s off putting to everyone in the court room!

  18. It's pretty obvious from cross-examination of the lead agent that the police weren't going to seriously consider that someone else intentionally brought the live ammo on set. Red flag.

  19. Why did Alec Baldwin hire this young girl to do this job??? Could he get what he wanted for less money & control conflict ?

  20. I feel like Alex could have bumped the hammer a click each draw possibly for two times and on the third is when it went off. Now the other times that was recorded without fault was when he didn't strike the hammer. Just Like rehearsing for that set.
