2. I told you Bodero never saw harmony at the vehicle. Harmony was killed before adam and Kayla was living in the car. That is why there is no blood or fluids in the vehicle. Kayla perjured herself again. And also Bodero didnt see harmony because she was put in the duffel bag which her body was most likely put into a plastic bag to reduce the rotting smell and adam and kayla put this duffel bag on the seat and was covered with a blanket.

7. I have decided the defence lawyer, isn't defending anyone – rather showing everyone who met, or involved with Harmony's life is guilty of causing her death. He only wanted Harmony for her food stamps, and to get back at the mother, those in cosy offices choose not to care.
   There is a story called "Inspector Calls", I studied at school, I am reminded everyone has a part to play towards her death.
   I watching from UK. 233 children died during first lockdown, from those who suppose to care.

8. I dont understand why the f this women is acting like her holding a paper to the jury about a guy selling drugs is a smoking gun of some sort…like lady no one cares when this guy sold drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had nothing to do with your client beating his child!!!!!!!!!!! Stop wasting our time

9. Amazing how they can get drugs and go to clinics for themselves, but neglect babies. Never makes sense to me. Drugs are more important to them than anything. They were offered a warm safe place for the holidays and they choose to live in there dealers car in freezing temps

10. No wonder this women is a PUBLIC DEFENDER cuz no one would hire her!!! Like read the room lady!!! Wow!! She just makes everything so weird and uncomfortable…drags everything out for no reason..gets all the info wrong and is flat out rude and condescending when she is the one who gets facts wrong alot!!!

11. For everyone confused there is the silver car. That was in an accident then there friend gave them a blue Audi. So two cars in question here. Silver and blue cars. If your confused by the witness not being able to remember what car. Because they did switch cars half was threw them brutalizing those babies being homeless in freezing weather

12. Anthony B. comes off as the kindest most compassionate person to take the stand so far. I can't believe the defesne atty has the nerve to try to play some kind of game to abstractly blame Toni. He didn't have to do anything for them, but he did what he could with what he had.

15. I wouldn't want the female defense attorney to ask me nothin. Not even for directions to McDonald's. Man, she's hard to listen to. She sounds so condescending.

16. I just can’t imagine knowing that there are small children living in my car in the middle of the winter. I’d have made a call to DHS and reported them so maybe all three of them would be alive and well today.

    He didn’t have to get a charge
    for drugs in November- 2019!
    If he was caught driving in July; then that’s a crime.
    If he was on probation from 2016-2018 for 3 years then in 2019; hit with a driving without license charge.

    So they would violate his probation probably took a few months to indict him for probation violation; for the driving w/out license. So when he got that indictments in November for probation violation; guess what they put on the court status information!!!
    The original charge that you were on probation for. So if his charge you are on probation for was in 2018 drug possession & 3 years probation; the violation will bring back the original offense here where I live. They will share that persons mugshot- the original charge that they got probation for & sometimes (PV 14) or something like that too.

    So he didn’t actually get a drug charge in 2019 he probably got probation violation & it was probably the way they put it on the court records as a the original drug charge & a probation violation usually.

23. The irony is not lost on me that although Mr Bodero is not a good man and lived/lives amongst the armpit of society and the hard core drug scene, he is the most likable, straightforward, no BS, honest witness so far. ❤

The chat is unbearable, it's either personal stories we dont care about, ridiculous complaints, but worse it's ALL about judging people's look, clothes, face, hair style etc etc etc… it's barely about the case and it's just unacceptable. Even saying that Det. Ryan Heille's eyes were too close one to the other ?!?!?!?!?!…
    I dont understand why Court TV allow that, even if they are desperate to do well it does not justify to accept all those nasty attitudes

34. I have never seen such a parade of pathetic people. Kayla was nodding off. All of these people live such horrible lives. They drag their children through it all. The only one who seems to have had any compassion is Anthony Bordero. In spite of his criminal history he seems to have a heart underneath.
