  2. Who is the defense lawyer that looks like Elvira 😂 she hasnt spoken at all, doesn't seem to take notes, nothing

  3. AFTER it happened, she says to the Prop Master to check the (expletive) box! It was her job to be checking the box 🤷🏻‍♂️. Just giver her the 18 months already 🤦🏻

  4. COURT TV — PLEASE STOP MUTING the volume whenever the attorneys approach the bench when the jurors are present. It is highly disruptive and unnecessary.

  5. Alright, I am there. The wrong person is on trial, this is an industry problem. If I am on the jury I have reasonable doubt. She was under extreme pressure and she should have done a lot of things better but where the heck is HR or someone giving her the power to do any of these things? Oh that's right, they are telling her to do more with less time and no say to ensure safety. They knew she didn't have any experience and that's shat they liked.

  6. Omg did she just pull out a handful of rounds from the pocket? 🤣 This alone deserves a tampering with evidence charge.

  7. Can i just repeat that. None, as in ZERO training for this job? That is unreal! I dont know if thats her knowledge on the subject (which seems to be very little knowledge of anything!) but not having to take any sort of course is unbelievable! Oh, i just watch Daddy. Absolutely unbelievable!!

  8. Just watching that prosecuting attorney tells me Hannah is going to have a hard time convincing her she's telling the truth.

  9. The judge needs to roll back the forcefulness w/ the jury. “If you would have told us….blah blah”. Hey, we know this is serious, but you could phrase that a little nicer. Oh, and thanks for allowing us coffee, I guess. 🤦🏼‍♀️

  10. She looks horrid with the purple and yellow hair, double chin, man pants. I wonder if she realizes how much better she looks now. She’s still an awful person

  11. She said she had a strong personality more than Sarah’s and people were gaining respect for her more than most and be a demanding force in the second police interview but then says she left the church and was outside when the gun went off because they didn’t want her in there, so one minute she is strong and stands up for herself but yet she had trepidation about being yelled at and wasn’t with the scene there when the live round go off because of it. Another thing is I think she was disciplined for not being organized because the prop room looked a mess, just like her cart.

  12. Hannah has that flat affect to her voice when she was being interviewed and showed zero emotion for the people who were injured. The only crying she has done so far has been for herself when it first happened. I find that very odd.

  13. What I see is a very young person who should have never been hired. She talks and acts like a young/inexperienced person. It's obvious in her interviews that she does not understand the gravity of the situation, and how much trouble she is in. Her lawyer should have done a much better job at preparing Hannah for the interview. The detectives absolutely worked Hannah to their advantage; they broke down all defenses.

The movie industry absolutely needs to greatly improve the standards for an armorer by requiring certifications, and better/safer procedures on set.

There were so many failures here; not just by Hannah, but by those above her. Hannah, unfortunately/sadly, is the one who ultimately is responsible for there being a live round in the gun.

  14. It just occurred to me that the movie industry might be looking for qualified armorers these days. Westerns, PD shows, etc., etc. Probably a lot of gainfully employed armorers and gunsmiths watching this trial. Person could learn a lot from the interviews if they don't spend too much time contemplating on hairdos…

  15. Hannah Gutierrez's blasé attitude while communicating with detectives after the incident baffles me, I would have felt lower than whale $hit after injuring two members on set & that was even before learning of Halyna's death.

  16. This judge is so ridiculous. It's like she's looking for any chance to break. I've never really seen a judge interrupt direct and cross so often to take breaks. It breaks up the continuity of the witness's testimony. Just wait until they're done! Also, can she look and sound any more bored?? It's like she's gonna fall asleep any second.

  17. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter how the live ammo got on set, or even how it got into the gun. As the armourer, she should be checking every gun and every bullet before handing it to the actor. And she should never let it out of her sight until it’s handed back to her, and she secures it again in the safe.

  18. She let the 2 other props people take guns in and out of the safe, and load guns. Isn’t the whole point of an armourer that they are solely responsible for all weapons? It seems like everything was treated carelessly. And the number of times she answered “I don’t know” in the interviews to things she should be across as an armourer was super concerning.

  19. I doubt the victim would want manslaughter conviction for a mind boggling accident which all those still living will carry in their consciousness with heaviness and horror the remainder of their lives

  20. Horrifying watching Hanna’s police interview. How lackadaisical this nepo baby is. The film industry hiring unqualified people for acting is the norm, if you have family in the industry. But this important job given to such a young & unqualified woman is shocking.
