  1. The biggest issue is that there is no reform program that is intact. The way prison is structured doesn’t aim to better men. Then when they are released it’s hard for them to find jobs and they probably get treated poorly by cops which leads them back to another crime. Raising sentences is an option but how about create a trade school program for them or psychological counseling because some not all have untreated mental disorders. If they go to jail for the first provide them with this and if they go back then you can double the sentences.

  2. Problem…….the government, laws, courts, judges, prosecutors, and cops are a 100000000000000000 times more corrupt than criminals

  3. Church has nothing to do with it. Many criminals are religious. I would say more than many killers were brought up on religion.

  4. This guy is the type to give a person of color 10 years for theft, but give a white person community service for the same crime. He’s full of it just like the rest of the politicians.

  5. Its not always good for harsher sentences. Not everyone learns from being locked up. Different people need different things or punishments. Not every case is so black and white and it all should depend on factors. Now do i think the court system is perfect, no, not even close but konger sentencing isnt rhe key i don't think.

  6. Exactly right! Our nation feels sorrier for the criminal than they do for the victim! We need a President that can LEAD!
    Trump 2024🇺🇸

  7. I would love for the USA to split into Republican state and a Democrat State, this way we will only have a Republican state in 20 years b/c the Democrat state will destroy themselves without affecting the Republican state.

  8. Bring Old Testament to our system you know you steal something and you get you hands chopped off.
Watch how fast the crime rate drops

  9. Ya it's completely out of control in NY but criminals run the major cities and this is what you get.

  10. We’re having the same issues up here in Canada our judges and prosecutors are way too lenient so I’m with you there, brother

  11. They need to stop jailing ppl on assumptions of guilt without truth, reality and evidence based on financial ability and perfectionist mindsets thatcare actu was lly filled with lies. Be careful what you wish for.

  12. You're talking a outcrecuvidism and assumptions of human behavior based on no factual evidence, statistics or actual realistic scenarios. It will probably takex200 hunred years to bring about anythingc
that you say. Your dominoe auto theft to murder crime analogy over a ten year period is astonishing. And not very scientific or probable. But keep pandrring andxselling lies like this amd perfectly obey your bible. Now answer yhis. Whenxare you going to make videos aboutvthe sins youcare punishable for or are you going to hide brhind your Saviour and avoid responsibility and punishmeny

  13. Apparently criminals who claim to have a “mental illness” have lighter punishments.

I can’t even with society anymore.

  14. I was convicted of arson in 2016 by a judge who decided that an 18 year old and his friends should be convicted of arson because we lit 12 pieces of paper on fire and sprayed it with a fire extinguisher to see how it worked. Ruined my life as well as my friends.

  15. Personally I think it's time for a rethink of juvenile justice. Some crimes are just adult and should be prosecuted ass such

  16. His example is so far from the truth . But we need to bit throw men g ally ill people in prison and there needs to be real rehabilitation in prison . Our jusgice system is a complete joke and has one goal . $$$$$$

  17. i used to work in real estate licensing, specifically reviewing criminal history. one of the people that went on to get a license had spent 30 years in prison because he had been convicted of multiple carjackings before breaking parole, going to another state, and being involved in a drug deal gone wrong were someone was murdered. this is 100% accurate.

  18. Charley I live on the eastern shore. Every chance I can I listen to you on the talk of Delmarva. Love your show.

  19. This mf would love an authoritarian government I know it. He wants people to be completely controlled and punished. Cry about it

  20. Go after the antichrist who runs this shit then who want chaos and criminals in the streets lol

  21. If by criminal you mean someone that doesn’t follow the rules on little pieces of paper that the government writes on then your efforts are misguided. If by criminals you mean people that use aggression and theft then i agree but that’d mean we’d have to get rid of the government

  22. How about we get rid of stupid laws that criminalize everything FIRST? You know like not being allowed to approach the congressmen for your districts to address grievances. Or dictating what an adult is or is not allowed to consume? Or being fined and jailed for refusing to conduct a private business transaction for nonessential products and services with people you find offensive.

  23. The Soft on Crime's Approach to the Criminals is NOT working & Totally Dangerous for the General Public😡🤬🚨‼️ Law Abiding Citizens are being treated as Criminals instead of these HRats & Repeat Offenders 😡🤬🚨‼️

  24. I love what this doing but really wish he would stop involving religion into politics/ethics/morals

  25. What about white collar crime that ruins lives and families? When will someone like you talk about those crimes?
