1. Legal expert? Legally, the business records were falsified to cover up Michael Cohen's crime. Trump was a co-conspirator. They intentionally didn't report the campaign financing of $200k+. There is a reason you can't secretly fund campaigns and that there is a limit to those contributions. The "people" think it's cheating and made it a crime.
