  3. I keep coming across present progressive uses that I can't explain. Example (from Longman Dictionary): "Sticking to a healthy diet always makes you feel that you're missing out". Missing out? Why the present continuous? "Missing out" right now? "Missing out" temporally around the time of speaking? Prearranged?
