Learn English Tenses: FUTURE – “will” or “going to”?

Should you use “WILL” or “GOING TO” to talk about the future? In this lesson, I’ll explain the differences so you can understand easily when you should use “will” and when you should use “going to”. You’ll know which one to use for formal or informal situations and planned or unplanned activities. Together, we’ll review when to use them, how to use them, and what common mistakes to avoid. We’ll compare the two options and do practice exercises together, so you feel confident about your English grammar. This video is part of my engVid series on verb tenses. 4. Great lesson Rebecca!
But what about the : "Present Continuous" for Arrangements? There is a thin line between the use of going to and the Present. Continuous fir the Future, isn t there? It s a bit difficult to know when to use going to and the Present Continuous fir plns, arrangements. Don t you think so? Could you please answer my question when possible? Thanks. Happy N Year. Elsa

    Hi Zaza

  7. Awesome ❤
I've already read about future tense, but in fact, it's the best video about future tense that I've ever seen!

  8. For the example: I'm going to…and then maybe I'll….

Isn't this not in parallel tense🤔
For example: we ate chicken and drank coke. Ate&drank both in past tense.

  9. Interesting, I was taught at a University that : water boils at a 100 degrees( we apply this rule in present simple) as a general truth 🤔

  10. what's the difference between " We are going to visit Spain next month" and " We are visiting Spain next month"
