So just abandon your vehicle and then refuse a breathalyzer when they arrest you and you win? The state should have brought other charges and then they would have a case.
In spite of that information from Mr. Forman, you noticed that the district attorney still brought the charges trying to support the cop. Most people won't say this but they're all in this together to protect one another, it's not a conspiracy it's just in their best interest it's how they make their living and they need one another.
