Exactly why you don’t do field sobriety tests. You can pass them perfectly and the coppa can still say he doesn’t think your sober and lock you up for DUI. And if you fail a field sobriety test, it’s a free conviction for them. It’s up to the cop if you pass or “fail” depending on how much bootlicking you give them.
You tell them to bring you a breathalyser, take you down to a breath test location for a second test then after blowing zeros they can’t suspect you of being under the Influence without some raised eyebrows.
So what's the fucking point of the test if you're still going to take people to jail

Confirmation Bias at it's most obvious. Decide the offence and then find evidence to validate the decision. Ignore any other evidence that doesn't lead to what you have decided.
