6. Judge also said doc re immunity was efiled. But it wasn't uploaded to court's efiling system yet for defense to be notified of it and defense still didn't have access to doc by noon, so defense hadn't even seen it by the time Woody took the stand.

12. As an aside, the New York prosecutors certainly weren't bothered putting convicted perjurer Michael Cohen on the stand knowing he was going to lie! I was once so proud to go to law school and be part of a "noble" profession. Now I believe an ethical lawyer is a very rare thing indeed! 😢😮

20. One has to wonder how many other times Judge Glanville and the DA strong-armed a witness and thereby made a total mockery of Due Process. Any and every person sitting in jail or prison at the hands of judge Glanville need to have their individual cases investigated for this same type of ex parte shenanigans. Hard to believe this is judge Glanville's first ex parte transgression. Get that judge and the DA under oath. Question 1: Have you ever had an ex parte before minus the defense? Question 2: Have you ever failed to disclose ex parte communications to the defense?

Well …What’s up with you and DAD in this unfair critiquing of Judge Garland WHAT LAWYER DO YOU KNOW (Atty) Steel) can disrespect of the court, talking over the judge, disrespecting the court by telling the court what it should and should not do, disrespecting his colleagues, etc Steel should have been put in contempt for his behavior alone. My point is the aggressive, lengthy explanation of the possible mistrial by you and DAD should be a fair critique should be complete. It's true that this trial is a circus clowns everywhere but being a Lawyer what conduct would be tolerated in any other courtroom ?

24. Excellent update and review. That trial is toast. Also, who cares what it costs the state? The state can always dismiss or settle at any time. Also, the real issue is the costs to the legally presumed innocent defendants.

28. So pleased to see you and so many others as well …looking at and reporting on this case and this incident….so important for public awareness for so many reasons….l. Thank you for your expertise and transparency and support you are giving that we can hope for justice and that this corruption would be allowed to continue. And for the attorneys…who have to handle this case under the threat and fear of being jailed for just doing what any and every attorney has to, in responsibility to his own client. ..that is really scary ..that a judge would do what this one did. And to wonder how can any attorney would be able to function properly under such potentially threatening circumstances as being jailed for an objection! that is insane…not just unjust. it' is so lacking in substance and logic. It's wonderful to see the number of attorneys and legal professionals reporting on this and supporting the rights we and they have to correct this injustice they are seeing here. This is so encouraging to us that there is hope to see this corrected: what is and was a total disgusting disregard for our justice system and the further impact that could have , now and future, for any and all of us..

36. This x-parti meeting opens up a pandora's box. It seems the DA's & judge are in cahoots. Which begs the question. Have these secret meetings been held in other cases? Can't past defendants have grounds for a mistrial? Can't somebody put the judge & DA attorneys under oath to see if they have been doing this for other trials? I find it hard to believe this hasn't been done in other cases.
