Jennifer Crumbley, the mom of Oxford High School shooter Ethan Crumbley, is being charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter after her son killed four of his classmates and injured several other people in the 2021 shooting. The parents are being accused of buying the gun that their son used in the shooting, and of reckless disregard of a known threat leading to death. The case is novel and unprecedented in attempting to hold parents responsible for a homicide caused by their children, and raises significant legal concern about how if the parents are convicted in what ways other parents may likewise be held responsible for their child’s acts.

These parents are not the son and further, this lengthy process is the punishment …! The system already took everything these parents had. Either way, the system utterly destroyed these parents’ based on another persons actions … This is not justice!

Jennifer Crumbley has AWFUL COUNSEL, who has no business handling a TRIAL case of this magnitude. This case can set a very DANGEROUS PRECEDENT for innocent, parents of teenagers everywhere, who can be withdrawn, quiet, and shy. I don’t want to even imagine what might happen to parents going forward, every time a kid does some thing unsavory are terrible. Defense counsel is absolutely unqualified, and plaintiffs witnesses have absolutely no business being witnesses. If they saw these drawings why didn’t they contact the police? If they were so concerned, why didn’t they contact law-enforcement? The woman was asking and relying on who she thought, were her friends for help and compassion. Those people turned on her. Sorry, NOT sorry. Words of advice to people out there, keep your family business private. Don’t share anything with coworkers or people that you don’t know well enough, to call real friends. Coworkers are acquaintances, nothing more. Your family are your real friends. Look how these people are state witnesses, simply because she confided in them. That does not make her a bad mother. Things are not looking good for the Mom here. One coworker said she hesitated to rush out of the building because she called her husband First? Who would be the first person you contact in an emergency when you share a child together? Who? I would call my husband before I did anything. This is absolute insanity!!!
