The amount of people trying to defend Jirard is just sickening. Dude's best defense is that his actions are just shady or in the grey area, there's no justifiable action there. Not sure how one could take his side on that.

Moon channel watched the recordings hell he refrensed them.
Eidet: Yeah this is just a drama video. Moon Channel looked into this pretty well and concluded that the accusation brought against The completionest for embezzlement was flimsy at best based off the law of that state and how charities can run. That the finance of the charity needs to be audited by the IRS, and that judgment should be heald until solid evidence is brought forward from the IRS. Your reply is that we should not bring legalese in a talk about embezzlement and charity fraud, and that the person that everyone is hating on is OBVIOUSLY a bad person because he talks about his dead mother too much. I guess Law understood simply does not men they actually care if a person is guilty.
As a Brit, watching from Scotland, I have no legal standing. But I am also a long time subscriber to Mutahar’s channel and an occasional viewer of Karl Jobst. I was deeply upset by this scandal, having lost more than one close friend to this awful disease. I was aware of Jirard from my subscription to Skillup, and he was a regular panelist on the joint venture, Friends Per Second. I don’t believe I have any standing to report Jirard to the IRS or the US police. If I’m wrong about that, could you let me know?

You’re so right about Jirard’s manipulation and the way he guilt trips people. I noticed how inappropriately he waved her corpse at Karl and Mutahar during their broadcast call. But he used several ways to attempt to guilt trip them. Listen to the whole, “I don’t want to go back to my family and have to tell them it’s all over.” Then he moved on to, “I employ 20 people. How will I tell them it’s all over?” I’m paraphrasing in both cases, but that pretty much sums up the chief defence mechanism he uses. “Think of the innocents,” type deal. Oh, the humanity.
But he also seemed to steer toward suggesting a bribe to make them go away at one point too. He muted the suggestion, and neither Mutahar nor Karl even dignified that with a response, wisely in my view.
What my gut tells me is that the discoveries that Karl and Mutah have made us aware of represent merely the tip of the iceberg. There’s all that money from the annual golfing events, sponsored by Pepsi, Coca Cola, movie stars and various others with the deepest pockets on Earth. Every year they’ve raised a fortune and none of that has showed up in any accounting that I know of.
I believe the very fact that Open Hands are still planning to hold their golf event this year speaks to some level of desperation, or stupidity? But I also suspect the real figures run into the millions, not thousands.
The CONpletionist’s biggest crime is that he’s extremely fat, and has a greasy, disheveled beard.

So I don't really understand what you are arguing against as far as Moon's video here. Like you can believe he is a bad guy all you want, but if you don't have any evidence backing up WHY you think that, then it is just opinion. And I thought Moon's evidence made a lot of sense. I have thought from the beginning of this situation that there was very clearly not enough evidence to accuse him of anything BUT charity fraud, and even that claim is hard to substantiate when you need there to be intent under California law as Moon said. But you even admit that you are not a charity lawyer, or a psychologist, or any other specialist just the same as you accuse Moon of not being. So…I throw the question back at you. Why should we take YOUR word for it over Moon's? ESPECIALLY since you have made what like 10 videos about the completionist to his one? To me, you are just proving his point with this video. And understand, I have NO biases towards either of you. I have only watched a few of your vids on Jirard and his one. That's it.
