There are multiple layers to this story. The first and most obvious one being that assuming any of the alleged activity took place; it's extremely unfortunate that this married man never learned from his previous mistakes which is very sad. Secondly, "no wrong doing" on either party could easily mean that Dr Disrespects legal team found some other "loophole" to litigate from the perspective that his private communications which were whispers were intercepted and used against him, however this would then mean that any of said communication within the context of the whispers would be forever barred from being made public because of the lawsuit settlement between the two parties. This is how nobody would know until this twitch employee who is now a former employee and doesn't care could easily "spill the beans" on the entire situation. I have always loved the "Doc" but after this round of allegations I don't know what to believe anymore. Furthermore, if Dr Disrespect is able to do so, he should immediately sue for Defamation, not doing so sort of admits that its true because the only reason anyone wouldn't defend their name is that they don't want further "discovery" into the matter. Also, I find it rather damning and interesting that many other content creators such as Jenn Foxx for instance has come out and publicly stated they've heard similar to what this Cody individual is alleging; just never spoke of it until this went public.
