The law in California says that even texting a minor sexually is against the law. That part you left out. He says nothing illegal to dispute the allegation of sexting and trying to meet up. There was an NDA so he probably couldnt mention any of it, or he would owe twitch some money.
So, at this point, it looks to me like he was stepping out on his marriage. Hitting up and flirting with women online, talked to a minor but didnt know. So when they went to arbitration twitch knew that they couldnt prove intent as he wasnt aware the person was a minor. Thus, he didn't break TOS, law, or morality clause. That explains why they paid the contract. Im sure both signed the NDA, no matter if he is guiity or not, because no brand wants to have the word minor anywhere near their brand. This is my current assessment with the facts i have.

There are laws out as well that I read. It is anything to do with adult content aka a joke that is an adult joke? It is illegal to send to minors. If Doc said an adult joke? It is not okay and not innocent at all. It is the laws, and the internet is not a place to say these things at all.
I suspect YouTube knew about it for four years but used his influence for viewership regardless.

The statement is vague in the tweet. Twitch hasn't said a word but the rumor it was to frame him ultimately. Whether the statement was anything to the point of excessive like we think it is is a bit of a reach at the moment. I'll wait till more evidence comes forward especially if Dr Disrespect has gone to the point of joking about it because he was on vacation and somebody approached him jokingly about it on tik tok and he jokes back. Something seems fishy
Ultimately it is a really sad situation…. So many people looked up to this guy as an inspiration and loved him as an entertainer, an escape from the stresses of the daily grind. I found him hilarious and super entertaining, but also wonder if the overconfident persona overtook things too much and lead to the downfall. I hope he can eventually find forgiveness and make a return, because at the end of the day every single one of us is a sinner.
