  1. Is 17 a minor? Yes or no? If yes, then he was talking to a minor. He even uses the word "inappropriate" in his tweet. If he didn't know her age, he can tweet "I didn't know her age" …. why did he not tweet that?

  2. I find it a little weird that the majority of the world has an age of consent lower than 17. And as I research more on the topic. I come to find the USA's national age of consent is 16. Japan, Germany and Sweden have age of consent laws at 13, 14, and 15 in the same order. Nigeria has the lowest age of consent at 11 years of age… And Bahrain has the oldest age of consent at 21 years of age. And for 99.999999999% of human history, most woman had at least 1 child by 16. All evidence of life shows virtually every living creature starts breeding/reproducing once they are capable. And if you believe in God, wouldn't you follow Gods way? Which if God created humans to be able to reproduce at X age… Is God wrong?

For the Record: I do not believe in organized religion. I have no idea if a God is real or not. I just knew the French President is married to his teacher from when he was 14 and they started dating when he was 14. So I knew that already and when this info dropped I decided to see what the age of consent laws were for the rest of the world. And then I found all the info I shared, and then it made me really think about how much outrage there is here over this. When the majority of the world does not care at all… And even our own nation says woman can consent at 16… I was not expecting to learn any of this when I started researching. But to ignore reality only leads to more lies. And bad people follow lies like an ant with sugar water. It just leads to a worse reality if you do not recognize reality. Doc can still be evil to you, you can still feel grossed out. And I have not once said my opinion on what I believe so shut your mouth if you want to assume. And what I believe is, Doc is a massive idiot who has a track record of making really stupid choices. And he needs to fix that right now. He is so lucky his wife has stuck by his side. Also this was 7 years ago, even though we did not know it, he did receive some form of punishment for these actions. And in truth, I look down on him now even more because if you are going to say everything he said. And are going to claim it just sometimes was a little bad but nothing truly bad. You need to produce receipts. If it was a fangirl saying inappropriate things, that is very common, if he ignored those or said a generic thank you response to be nice but not engage. I do not think that is as bad as him saying suggestive things to the girl. But we do not know. And because he chose to speak directly on it but be very vague… I am more likely to believe he said worse things than what he is letting onto. So either way I think the right thing is to say what he said. Or a basic summary. If you feel you are wrong for what you did and want to move on, speak it. Say the Truth. The full truth, and move on. So overall I do not think he is likely a predator. Because in every instance we have seen, there have been multiple victims. I have not heard a peep about any other incident. But, I could be wrong. More evidence would be nice. Maybe Doc was so vague, because he is leaving the ball in the leakers court. If they reveal more info, maybe he can sue them?

P.S. I do not care what happens to Doc, I just found a topic that made me critically think and I relayed my thoughts. I am not defending him nor do I care what happens to him. He was an idiot asshole at best and a Predator at worse. He gets what he gets. I just found it really really interesting we are the outliers in these thoughts.

  3. What if he didn’t know then, but later did know that it was a minor? I read (without knowing) that the whispers product was supposed to be 18+ only… then – for me – it comes to what he did once he DID know (did he abandon any further conversation? Did he inform the minor that he was terminating further conversation because it was inappropriate?). Of course, none of that goes any distance toward what a husband and father should have been doing in the first place – minor or not… it’s still inexcusable for OTHER reasons….

  4. Were did it say he knew it was a at the time? Or how do we know he was aware after the incident?

  5. Maybe I'm wrong but I think your timeline is off here. You're assuming he wasn't caught because twitch stopped him. The issue with that theory is the messages happened in 2017. He wasn't banned from Twitch until 2020. That's roughly a 3 year gap between the offense and twitch either finding out about it or them finally using it to ban him.

  6. It's in his best interest to shut his mouth at this point and get a lawyer.

Dude has already said way too much.

  7. Who cares, you don't know what was said & he made no effort to meet with the minor
All these people crying about him probably support all the men wearing dresses trying to read books to young kids in their "story hour" moments to groom them into their rainbow cult which has the highest amount of pedos in it
the G's in that cult make up over 80% of all convicted pedos & the T's in that cult also have something closer to a 90% conviction rate for pedos, actual crimes against kids, not just talking through a screen

  8. Oh no a human being made a mistake and learnt from it… unbelievable, you are all looking way to much into this you bunch of cry baby blue haired its

  9. Is Twitch responsible to filter out minors from Whisper platform? Did Doc know beforehand that she was underaged? Did she lie about her age?

  10. He cheated on his wife and then printed PDF files. His career will come to an end sooner rather than later.

  11. 'No real intentions'. Ok bro, maybe you just got caught before those intentions. Freaking delusional and disgusting.

  12. it does when act happen. to clear everything up. this sound like cover up or main reason why want to sweeping under the rug.

  13. The way people cope about this. He admittdled to talking to a minor inappropriatwly. That was the allegation, thats what he admitted to, thats what he did. Hes a scum bag.

  14. The bar for prosecuting this stuff is pretty low. Given his confidence in his lack of criminal exposure, I'm willing to believe his statement here, and even give him the benefit of doubt. This is not the modus operandi of a predator, but rather, an edgy streamer. I'm not even eager to defend him (I don't watch his content at all) or defend such behavior (which even he admits ventured into despicable territory) but it's easy to fathom a myriad of mitigating circumstances that, in context, do not suggest anything truly nefarious occurred. As Tony said, there's probably zero chance of the message exchange ever being made public. I predict fake message logs being published that attempt to make it look far worse than it actually was. Proper chain of custody for such evidence is paramount to establishing its veracity. To the extent that he is never prosecuted, it'll be difficult to convince me otherwise. I'd go so far as to say I respect his honesty and willingness to be forthright. He clearly learned his lesson and I doubt it'll ever happen again.

  15. He lived up to his name of being Disrespectful! Eggman is the only Doctor I can respect cause at least he doesn't like them young! 😠

  16. In the end i guess the NDA benefited DrD. , twitch will come under some pressure i guess as well for staying silent, they do have a lot of younger viewer growth id think, Youtube will have to take a hard look at it , he can always go to Kick .
