I don't care if they let some go then followed a guy and he got a DUI, If you don't want a DUI then don't drink and drive. The witnesses also are witnesses on the defenses side. I was on a DUI case like this, the guy that was trying to get out of his DUI worked at a University, can't have a DUI and work at this university. He was smart and got a lawyer. I fought with the other jury members for 1.5 days until I turned them to all guilty. it's amazing how hard it is to knock sense into people. I'd be on this case doing the same thing. Our legal system IS the most exploited in any country for a reason, we have to many dumb stipulations. Lawyers, car salesman, politicians, are the worst. Cops are just like you and me, they make mistakes, some are corrupt, most are good and still make errors. He Probably won. doesn't mean it's right.
Cops have become enemies of the people
That's a cop… Will watch you get drunk, and instead of preventing you from doing something stupid, he waits for you to mess up and destroys your life for it. No respect, no obedience.

If the ambulance chaser had 2 people say there was a 3rd police officer, why can they not identify the officer? Every dept. has photographs of their employees!
Cops arrived and told party goers to shut it down. One man gave them some lip. They followed him and arrested him. DUI guy also pointed out that if the cop suspected him of being drunk he should never have let him get in his car.
Cops told folks to leave a party then arrested some for dui.
