Dan Markel was murdered in July of 2014. It took investigators almost two years to follow the evidence and to identify the suspects. By 2016, there were two suspects who carried out the hit – Luis Rivera and shooter Sigfredo Garcia. Luis was in federal prison on unrelated charges. Investigators determined that the murder was connected to Dan Markel’s divorce, and suspected that one or more people in his ex-wife’s family ordered the hit. Katherine Magbanua was convicted in 2022. Charles Adelson was convicted in 2023.

You're missing the most important connection in this photo between Wendi and Katie regarding the murder: Wendi met Yindra, Katie's best friend, for a few hours in South Beach on Father's Day, and that was their only encounter.
By chance, she chooses this same Yindra as a babysitter for the boys on the evening of the day of the murder. How can anyone explain this rationally and credibly? I suspect that Yindra also lives in South Florida near Katie if she is best friends. She would have had a very long journey for the babysitting job in Tallahassie for a few hours.
This story is even more absurd than Charlie's extortion story
If one justifiably rules out a coincidence, then this photo shows direct complicity on the part of Wendi and Katie in the murder of Dan Markel.
Of course Wendi knew that she wouldn't need a babysitter for the evening, it was just hypothetical, but fortunately using Yindra for this is incredibly stupid.

Florida does not recognize couples as having entered into a marriage relationship or agreement after seven years—or any other length of time—of living together, even if the couple has otherwise developed the habits of and reputation as a married couple.

FOr people who are unfamiliar with the case : Yindra Mascaro was the baby sitter whom KM used for the night when she went to collect the money from Ch and KM stayed overnight at his place. This arrangement showed guilty knowledge of the murder that was about to occur. KM tried to set up an alibi about the time of collection of her children the next day but the prosecutor drove a bulldozer through it.

Magbanua said that she met Lacasse and Wendi months before the murder during a dinner. At the moment probably they also took some pictures, not only o the beach in Miami. I suppose the reason for meeting was to take pictures of Lacasse, and to show Lacasse to Magbanua, and to hitmen. It means that Wendi was involved into crime, and her role was to make cover for hitmen. The cover was Jeff Lacasse plot.
It's disheartening to know that all 7 who are responsible for Dan Markels' death aren't behind bars when there's plenty of evidence to do so. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
