  1. Someone like this should have his file stamped Never To Be Released. I'm not sure if the family agreed to it so they didn't have to go through a painful and gruesome trial but I can't believe part of the plea deal was taking burglary and possession of cp images charges off the table. I'm usually pretty impressed with the US justice system – harsh sentences for the very worst offenders. In Australia we're so lenient. Giving someone like this the chance of parole is something we'd do. 🙄

  2. I swore when he over reacted when told she had been found…(in the trash can where he dumped her- a mere few feet from where they were standing).
I thought it was a joke or a reenactment…a horrible acting reenactment. Lol.

  3. Stephen was crazier than a outhouse rat. Creepy af. He won't make it to His parole if He doesn't go into protective custody in prison. They will get Him first riot or chance they get in there.

  4. If you want to see a really good breakdown of this case, particularly his interrogation, go to JCS – Criminal Psychology, it's brilliant
    Edited the channel name

  5. Wait you say only Lauren and the landlord and maintenance man had keys now you say her friends had a key? Did the cops know how many people really had a key? And wow if you don't seem upset enough or you get upset after hearing someone is dead IT HAD TO BE YOU THEN!!!!!!!!! Still think the cops jumped to "It had to be him" way too fast. I still am on the fence if you can't tell

  6. Well Stephan can now help all the other inmates with their appeals and paperwork and watch for deadlines. I do wonder what they might pay him? I’d think protection first. Oh the frigging life of a pedophile and killer. Thanks Amy and Chris for covering this gruesome one. I remember when this happened it was all about his interviews with the news reporter. He was very odd and creepy. I can’t imagine him being a Law-yer!

  7. It's amazing how many murderers go on TV cough cough Chris Watts and they all think they're smarter than everyone else.
Amy you look fabulous tell Chris I said hi 😊peace from R.I.

  8. He was such a narcissistic ass he couldn't resist the airtime he was getting. It makes me sick . She was a beautiful young woman and deserved so much more. The judge shouldn't have allowed the dismissal of the child p though. If anyone needs to be in general population and everyone know what he done to get there it's this guy.

  9. want to help the channel grow? leave a comment, reply and like as many that others leave as you can

  10. They fast forwarded thru Stephens interrogation and its creepy that he stays in one spot the whole time!

  11. I miss the outro, I hope y’all didn’t take it off because of the people who were complaining about wanting y’all to be in separate videos 😔

  12. You can tell in those interviews he is so fake . what a bad actor. And he’s very weird. I could see something was off from a mile away. Just like in recorded 911 calls from other cases, you can always tell when the person is acting.

  13. He is a complete mess. How in the world did he make it that far in law school? So sick! Poor Lauren!

  14. Oh, she's stunning. My heart goes out to her Mother.🌹💔

There's a weirdo in my neighborhood who gives me the willies. Neighbors say he's harmless. I think not.

  15. In his writings he also said that his "perfect murder" included acting as tho he had had a mental break and would only answer in the most simplistic terms (hence the "yes, no, I don't know", but this moron obviously wasn't as smart as he thought since he had already spoken to the police in his normal demeanor, which just makes him look like an idiot, and guilty as sin

  16. Not sure where I first saw this case but this guy had red flags all over him right from the start! What a creep! Yuck!!! Hope he never sees the light of day. Well told, as always! ❤🎉

  17. He sure shut down when he was in the station as opposed to when he was talking to the media! He is so creepy! How horrible, poor young lady. Such a waste. And to dismember her and not to be able to find the rest of her. My heart aches for her parents.
As a 63 year old, newly widowed, I a. Scared to death of the thought of ever dating again. No way, 46 years was enough.

  18. By principle, I don't trust anyone who makes that Wallace and Gromit twisted mouth thing 😬 ladies, trust your gut feelings! 🫣

  19. I literally saw this episode today on Dateline!! He is a sicko. I felt so bad for her family and Lauren. She had her whole life ahead of her. She was so pretty. 🕊️❤️🙏
Thank you Amy. Hope you and Chris are doing well. 😊

  20. This is probably the worst interrogation from any case I've ever seen, although he wasn't giving them much to work with.
