mam i m not a laaw student but simple mera question hai ki agar meney kisi key murder key liye soch banai to mens rea hua samajh aata hai lekin agar mey us ko prepare karney key liye bazar sey zahar khareed loon to kya actus rea ho gaya (i think its also not punishable) then meney agar doodh mey zahar diya to crime commit hona chahiye sirf prepareation wali stage bhi punishable nahi hogi (i think)
actus non facit wale question ka answer B hona chhiye ma'am because the meaning of that maxim is there is no crime without guilty mind.
