What I don’t understand is on law & crime channel, one of the ppl on the show was sayin how the state are goin to say the data from phone technology isn’t important n that the jury can’t put much emphasis on it (paraphrasing here) but in a completely different trial with the same state ppl, they r going with the narrative that the technology proves without a doubt that the person is guilty. So my question is how can the state say at one trial to pay attention to the technology data bc it proves the person is guilty but then say in another case that technology data is wrong and doesn’t prove anything. I know there separate trials but if ur using data from ur phone wldnt it be the same argument for both trials?? Or can they do this, if someone cld help me understand this, wld appreciate it.

24. Could the judge not of asked Defense for proof of communications example: emails of trying to get co council from January’23? Therefore to have in record of the court for appeal it was asked and showed if Defense did in fact have any proof of trying to get help. Ever since this was filed, I thought it was a delay tactic or something fishy about it!!!
