The defense motion (if proven true) would indicate in the least, all the jurors did not believe the defense’s theory but did believe that KR hit JO with her SUV (unintentionally), drove away and left him to die. (Alleged) Juror quote: “None of us thought she hit him on purpose”. Count 2 – Vehicular Manslaughter (265-13, mandatory min 5 years to max 20 years and fines up to $25,000).
The FBI already conducted a thorough investigation (including a Federal Grand Jury and subpoenas issued against BA, BH, CA, MP, etc) and finalized it via a 3,700 page report – finding no evidence of a frame job and conspiracy, and BA, etc, having no involvement in the passing of JO. Hence no charges/indictments for crimes/public offences, etc, were laid against any of them and the KR trial proceeded on. None of the alleged frame job and conspiracy theory matters if there’s no evidence to prove it, it doesn’t show a crime and no indictments/charges have been laid, still only against KR. FBI is over. Not sure what part of that some people do not understand.

Whether you think KR is guilty or not, a fair and legal trial is what anyone who stands for and believes in justice should want. You cannot think that how this case was handled was correct.
