2. I remember showing up as a FRESH social worker to support a client at court- just sitting with them before hand and then sitting in the back of court for the hearing. In my job role at the time, it was considered appropriate to dress relatively casually. I wasn’t thinking when I got ready that morning and felt WILDLY under dressed for court when I arrived. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. The doctor with the tattoos was certainly doing leagues better than I was.

12. Very early on we found out that no one on Fairview had security camera footage. We were also told that the Albert family takes no security precautions, including locking their doors. To me this is unbelievable. I know many police officers with children – they are all ultra security conscious. So from close to the beginning i was suspicious of a coverup.

19. 5:29 “…no one knows where you are…” Karen’s statement, here, is illogical. She just dropped him off minutes earlier. She said she watched him walk towards the house. Why would she be saying that no one knew where John was unless she knew that no one, BUT HER, knew of John’s location at the time of this call. She was creating voicemail and call evidence after she killed him, knowing that her calls and voicemails might be construed in the manner LegalBytes and others are doing.

23. A couple weeks ago someone on Emily d Baker's channel said that maybe John was acting as a mole for the FBI and the Albert's got wind of it as one of them had a friend in the FBI. And so they were going to beat him up. It's viable

24. So this is my theory based on the times and when Karen left Johns house that morning and it only being about 10mins from Fairview. John is set up by Jen McCabe & Brian Higgins. They get to 34 Fairview John goes in is attacked right away. Jen gets Johns phone thats why shes looking outside over and over at Karens car making sure Karen doesn't come in, Karen gets pissed & leaves to John's house. Karen gets up Johns not home goes to look for him, finds John at 34 Fairview beaten to death on the front lawn. Karen goes into a panic attack tail spin not knowing wtf to do all alone. She rushes to Jens is outside screaming, they get Kerry. Jen makes sure they drop off Karen's car to waste a little time so she can call the Alberts and let them know Karen found John and to close up the house like there asleep. They get there and 911 is called. Now the Alberts, McCabes & Canton PD tell Karen shes in just as much trouble because she didn't call 911 when she first found him. The next couple days when Karen's not around, the Alberts, McCabes,Canton PD & there state trooper buddies, come up with the story about Karen hitting him with her car. They put pieces of the tail light out there to fram her so the Alberts & McCabes get away with murder. Karen is to smart gets a lawyer right away because yes she feels horrible she didn't call 911 right away when she was in a full blown melt down panic not knowing what to do & she wanted to protect herself and convict Johns true murders. Thats why in Kerry Robert's testimony she says Johns mom said "YOU JUST LEFT HIM THERE" An now there trying to blame Karen saying if within that 20-30 min time frame she was panicking and didn't call 911 John may have survived. We all know by the medical examiner sadly Officer John O'keefe's brain was already swelling & he was sadly never going to make it, because the Alberts & McCabes actually beat him & left him for dead, not Karen.

25. On the subject of butt dialing. Everyone has a security code to get access to their phone which would eliminate butt dialing imo

26. I don’t agree with the whole judging someone cause they have tattoos this is 2024. Everyone has tattoos. It’s not like it’s not more need to deal with the program and give us the current and that’s with this whole oh she has tattoo so she’s not gonna be a good weekend that’s bullshit.

27. @LegalBytes Hearing the voicemail where she mentions being a “babysitter,” just brings me back to the delight that Jen McCabe had saying that in court. She knew that was an insecurity of Karen’s and rubbed the salt in. Also, makes me suspect JM planted “maybe you hit him,” in her mind.
