So Karen Read's vehicle registers that Karen Read was driving in reverse for more than 60 feet at a speed of 24.2 mph, while pressing the gas at 75% of max, then suddenly decelerates to 23 mph, and turns her wheel from one side to the other, which is exactly what happens when a vehicle strikes a pedestrian. And John O'Keefe's sneaker and pieces of Karen Read's taillight are found in the exact location she was when the pedestrian strike data was recorded on her vehicle. And John O'Keefe's body and a glass he was holding when last seen with Karen Read are found 9 feet away. And Karen Read's vehicle has a dent and scratches on it at the exact height where John O'Keefe's arm holding the glass would be, and this damage was not present beforehand.
   Case closed . Guilty.

4. Anyone with common sense knows she did it. She has great lawyers, they know how to manipulate the evidence. Reasonable doubt!!

5. Can you work out precisely who would need to be included in a cover up/conspiracy if John was assaulted at the party? For example if Higgins/Albert assaulted John in the basement, and Proctor planted the tail light pieces.

13. It’s already been testified to that the glass on the bumper DID NOT match the glass that was found w John Okeefe!

14. When i lived in MA, I learned that when someone has or thought to have hypotgermia, they are nit considered to have died inless there ate injuries that would superseed the hypothermia. Even if the heart has stopped. Warming the person and trying to restart their heart has been successful enough that now, thats the first thing tried and death is not called until the person has been warmed up.

    Therefore, from what I understand, John's heart had stopped and, in warmer weather he'd have probably been declared DOA. But, sonce he was so cold, EMS and hosp staff tried to warm and revive him just in case that worked!

19. GPS in Karen's phone and her car should say where she went? The GPS in my 2021 truck shows exactly wgere that truck is.
    Also, with the behavior of law enforcement in this case, i would have no trouble believing someone on the prosecution aide deleted that video to make it look like KR deleted it.
    Also…..Karen was leaning forward between the front seats in the vehicle. She was watching intently out the front windshield. Karen was not worried about driving ir anything that would hinder her from looking for John. The other two women were either driving and/or talking and yelling for Karen to "shut up"! They didn't seem too interested in looking for John. Whixh would explain why they didnt know or SAY they didnt know what Karen saw when she located John.

34. The CW is so focused on disproving the defense theory that they forgot to prove their own. After hearing from Proctor and his supervisors and that hours into the investigation they determined guilt…everything after his testimony is worthless.
    As a juror – every piece of “evidence” collected after this decision is tainted. Not guilty. Not even a little bit.

41. I feel that the accelerator, when you go from park to gear, doesn't mean that's how fast she was going that fast, it takes time to build up to that speed. If my understanding is correct.
