When Karen made the comment that she feels like she and Higgins are from the same neighborhood, I took that as a metaphor, not literally. I could be wrong, but it really seemed like she just meant that he feels comfortable/familiar to her.

Karen is sounding unhinged and manipulative.
Yet, none of this proves she killed John.

? What’s with the prosecutor’s audio? The judge is often asking him to speak up. The presentation comes off weak from a strong, assertive stance.

This kind of shows she doesn’t have the motive because it seems like she didn’t feel trapped in the relationship, and this would kind of leave her responsible for the kids even more.
