Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal, On the criminal bills passed in the Parliament, says, “The way these bills were passed was not constitutional… We requested them to consult eminent lawyers for these bills but they chose to go with their leaders… Then they passed these bills unopposed (without opposition)… These bills are just a translated version of the existing laws and are more rigorous than the ‘colonial’ ones… I don’t see any ‘Indian-ness’ in them…”

  1. Look how he talk about being indian. Where he himself defending a criminal case for a media channel who is being funded by the Chinese…. Height of double faced hypocrates

  2. Oh GOD , Oh GOD,…… IS he a human being ??? ( kapil s i bal) Does he considered himself as human beings ??? If so WHY HE BECAME SOOO fatuous and dumbass………Actually, he has NO fault … because the ALMIGHTY AND GOD has punished me right way …../// And Unfortunately, he is showing his squalid mind set …… Shem on his Blindness … sorryyyyyy.

  3. There should be strict laws.
Lawyers like you have a problem because now you can't mint money by dragging the cases in courts for decades.
And can't charge crores for saving the rapists in the country. Congress lawyers are cribbing because they are Rapist savers and flag bearers of Jihaad and corrup politicians

  4. Acha Kiya isme koyi gelathi nehi hey thum log samvidhaan ki daire me chal reha hey kya parlament ka rule me chalna chahiye tha government sahi kiya

  5. 🙏 WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS GUY, WHENEVER THERE IS SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENING IN BHARAT FOR PERMANENT SOLUTIONS ,HE AWAKES TO OPPOSE IT, 🤔🥱🥱🥱 HE HAS EARNED ENOUGH MONEY FOR HIS TEN COMING GENERATIONS, PLEASE KAPIL SIBAL JI KARMA WILL PREVAIL ,🙏😂👌💪

  6. Did the opposition get themself suspended shrieking the responsibility by getting these passed in their absence or did the ruling front send the opposition out so that the bills could be passed without any objections/ discussions.
The way these have been brought in, with no opposition members participating in the discussion, 146 elected representatives absent from the discussions, seems to be MORE CRIMINAL. Its a shame on the democratic process that such important bills were passed in the absence of those who have been elected to participate in the democratic process… the action leading to their suspension and the act suspension itself. What for are these MP's sent to the parliament.. its a mockery of the democracy, the act of muting the voices of all those voters who had not cast their votes against the ruling front…

  7. Law is very very rigorous where sibal cannot argue any case that's why he is frightened and giving unrelevant speech

  8. Aarti Utare dangaiyo ki
Kya ghatiya soch h in chu ki and apne aap ko national leaders bolte h
Why laws are even worse then this in west and Arab countries as their must be fear and in our own country useless looters

  9. I hope this court fixer goes to courts and challenges these bills 😂 and prove his court fixing abilities 😂

  10. Don't listen to this fellow Kapil..a failed politician 😢😢and a big anti Hindu personality who says in SC that our Lord Rama is a fictional figure…can this fellow say the same about other religions

  11. So what? Crime to be addressed with rigour. Colonial Culture to be abolished. Only Modi has the guts to slap these anti – nationals.

  12. Whether You want to protect criminals. There should not be any doubt that criminal crimes are supported by any parties. You are very worried,.and we are eager to hear the cause for that.

  13. Bafoon sibal argues for sake of doing it as it's his profession which is last left over, shameless people who defend anti nationals Talk of laws.. Isko bulathe tho… Terrorist lo biryani khilana or Jawan ko jail mei dalna ka kaam jo karte the use kanoon bana dethe….. Traitors N those who work against national interests have no rights.. N sibal is one given what cases he fights N what acts they have done

  14. President who was opposed and concerned about keeping ordinary people in jail has given accent ti the criminals bills blindly to keep people in jail for longer period.
