5. Please stop saying she had special needs. She was partially blind in one eye. Other than that, she was perfectly fine and didn't require any more love and attention than his other children that he didn't abuse and murder. Kayla chose to protect her children while Harmony suffered. Kayla could have saved Harmoney but instead, she protected Adam. Harmony's real mother is the hero. She is the ONLY one who asked questions and didn't give up on her daughter. Everyone else failed her.

26. What in the hell is wrong with the child welfare system in this country?!? The custody of this poor child was legally awarded to the sub-human piece of garbage who was her father – a violent man with a criminal record that clearly illustrates the alarming, violent, murderous behavior of which he is capable. Why in the world did child advocates, legal representatives, and the judge think this was a good idea? They are as culpable of her murder as her despicable father and his equally disgusting girlfriend.

27. Could someone explain the issues that occurred between Massachusetts DCYF and NH DCYF? What caused the social worker's to fall short in fulfilling their duties throughout Harmony's time with Adam, and why did the judge award custody to Adam Montgomery despite information about his violent behavior and past? Even after scouring online sources, I couldn't find thorough explanations. I've reviewed the timeline and court statements, but discussions about DCYF accountability seem to end before 2022. What's going on with that??
