  1. Not stating her name for "privacy reasons"…….🙄
Seriously, WHY can you people not even make it a few seconds without ….nonsense (to put it politely)?
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  2. Ummm jurors don’t come with instructions? What are we living in lala land? They absolutely come with instructions and I’m bothered by the statement about the jurors that where on “the fence” I feel after hearing everything the school is just as much to blame. They all failed this kid who got life but that’s not enough for the state!

  3. Off topic:
Y'all need to hire better/more security! The woman with all of the numbers, outside the window, was running that poor guy ragged! 😂😂😂 He sure got his steps in!

  4. What is the deal with the number that woman is walking with outside of the studio?? It's not a phone number.

  5. All moms and dads can do is make the rules and punish kids when they break them. Even if you hide something in your room and tell the kids they are not allowed to touch it without them being present, if they want it bad enough, they will find a way to get it. It's obvious that parents can't be liable for (1) what they don't know, and (2), for the kids arbitrarily breaking the house rules to commit a crime.

The journal or mom? I would believe a parent's word vs the scribble of a rebellious son who was a liar and was a killer

I would of held out for a not guilty. The son took the gun without permission and used it for a crime. It's technically a theft because the gun was in dad's name, it was legally his. At that moment the son assumed all liability for his actions. It's just like using someone else's car and causing a fatal accident– if you had permission to use it, the owner bears some liability too; if no permission, only the driver is liable.

  6. This "Woke" Juror didn't do her job. She is clearly biased. Her reasons for finding Mrs. Crumbly guilty weren't supported by the law.

  7. There ARE Jury instructions. So the claim of no instructions on how to deliberate is false. They are given definitions and facts of the case. They are instructed to adhere to definitions of law.

  8. Thank you Sunny for expressing everything I am feeling. The anger with the system and the compassion for Harmony and children like her. Thank you G. for bringing Sunny to us again. ❤

  9. We're not mentioning your last name, but you're on national TV. Nothing screams "I WANT ATTENTION" like her.

  10. Does she even know what reasonable doubt is? I'm sorry but this woman doesn't seem wise if you know what i mean.

  11. The parents were irresponsible, but no state has the laws to prosecute manslaughter for irresponsible parenting. How about passing statutes that criminalize the gun culture surrounding these massacres? Currently, the gun culture is too robust for that.

  12. So it appears that Miss Alex is a liar. She gave her new married name, as of December of 2023, when questioned as a potential juror and failed to disclose that she recently married an Oakland County lawyer, in December 2023. You really going to tell me she didn't go home and talk to her lawyer husband about this at night? And that she didn't have access to a lot of information that the other jurors didn't? Jennifer deserves a new trial.

  13. And this is why we need professional jurors, and not random people. These people were wrong. In that case, every parent who has kids in jail or parents of adults who commit crimes should all be in jail, right? Wrong. Mental illness is not something you can blame on parents. WTH! 🤦

  14. Sad day for "justice".
How can a child be charged and convicted as an adult and the parents held accountable?
Hopefully this will go to a higher court.
I guarantee you will never see any parents of means held to this standard.
This is for the poors only.
