  1. This is only tangentially related but I had a lawsuit as a teenager. I sat through a combined total of at least 24 hours of depositions. It was exhausting. One day I came home and went straight to bed. On the plus side I did pay close attention to the procedural side of things. It really taught me a lot.

  2. I can always tell when you are speaking with conviction about something. Your voice almost cracks at times.

  3. This judge did get up and walked out from the bench when the defendant's lawyer went to state her objection, this judge should be removed and not allowed to site on any other cases.

  4. Steve, This video had a banner saying it was sponsored by TicTok. Is that something you have any control over?

  5. FYI, this was in the trial of George Kelly, an Arizona rancher. The trial ended in deadlocked jury. The prosecutor has decided not to pursue another trial.

  6. Steve are there any consequences for a judge if his rulings or cases are overturned or found to be wrong?

  7. So the prosecution is taking longer than they were supposed to, so the judge punishes the defense?

  8. It's like a free play in football. If the defendant is found not guilty, pick-up the flag.

  9. Is this the rural border rancher who defended himself and property as well as our nation from armed invasion by foreign and criminal enemies ???

  10. What sort of problem would I have if the bailiff says "All Rise" when the Judge walks in and I refuse to stand ?
