What’s going on with the Georgia Supreme Court petition regarding the Young Thug / YSL trial judge? The petition asks the court to order Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville to “follow the law” and send the recusal motion against him to another judge for consideration. The court has not yet issued a judgment.
Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff will discuss the latest with one of the lawyers who wrote the motion, Doug Weinstein, attorney for Young Thug’s co-defendant Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick.
Meghann will also discuss the Georgia Supreme Court ruling removing Judge Christina Peterson from the bench and how it relates (or doesn’t relate) to Judge Glanville’s situation, and she’ll discuss the likely dismissal of rapper Boosie’s federal gun charge in San Diego.

The way Judge Glanville has been quite relaxed about the defense's threats to ask Woody about what happened at the ex parte on cross, makes me think its not as damning as the defense seems to want it to be. But I suppose we'll see what happens after. I'm probably in the minority, but I think he's a decent judge
Meghann great interview ,I always miss you live due to time difference. I agree this judge needs to be removed from this case .The only thing is feel bad for the jury & the defendants who have been jailed over 2yrs now without bail .When none of them were convicted of murder .No reason not to be out on bail .It's going to take a new judge time to catch up on the case ., which is going take time .This court already has wasted so much time as it is .
Didn’t the state try to get Brian Steel kicked off this case claiming he had a conflict of interest? Didn’t the judge rule in Steel’s favor and Miss Love’s opening Power Point Presentation first slide was about the alleged conflict?

What is a comfort dog? Unless Glandville's dog is a seeing eye dog, he should be automatically disqualified based on the dog. In a position where emotional stability is of the utmost importance, how is this allowed?

My guess is that Woody is saying he's in fear of retribution from Thug or YSL. Is that possibly the "privileged" information, a statement from Woody expressing fear? If true, would that info justify an ex parte meeting without the defense? Would that information be justifiably redacted?
Conflict of Interest, you cant be the Judge, lawyer, defense, prosecuter, jury, and witnesses all at once. Wheres the new, fair, impartial, neutral Judge, reviewing this Motion?

@MaghannCuniff This bias been going on! Everytime Defense start crossing at a winning pace judge stop court! No matter if it’s 2 o clock. When D.A. Fumbles he stops court. That has to be a judge coaching D.A. Tactics. Court pose to have order ending at 5. 15 minutes breaks last 2 hours. Because Judge coaching D.A. It’s obvious!!! Obvious!!!!
